Home description

This lovely holiday accommodation is ideal for a short stay or even several weeks at a time. In the winter it is usually mild and sunny and you can even go skiing in the nearby ski resorts (Auron, Valberg etc..), for the day. You can go shopping in Italy, (half an hour drive by motorway), and strike fantastic bargains, (tobacco and alcohol are less than half the French prices). Cannes, Monte carlo, St Tropez and Juan les Pins are also easily reachable.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The weather on the Côte d'Azur is fantastic all year round - warm and sunny summers and lovely mild winters with blue skies. The area is renowned for its excellent climate, fantastic food, lovely beaches and fashionable and glamourous resorts.
The Promenade des Anglais is the place to go and you can spend leisurely aftenoons people watching at the numerous bars and restaurants along the promenade. The Pedstrian Zone is a lovely area for strollling and Vieux Nice is right next to the market and packed with narrow streets with many shops, boutiques and and cafes to explore.

Nice / Mont Boron area

“Had a great holiday, (11 days, Monoco boat trip well worth doing, you have got to walk the circuit. Had a couple of beautiful relaxing evenings, picnic & barby, by the rocky beach to the left of the harbour entrance, take the private road opposite the apartment, keep left, 10 minute walk. Very useful having a car with us. 3 days driving down from the UK then a car-train back to Calais makes it easy going back. Thanks to Dave, Jean-Pierre & Brigitte”.
