Smart two bedroomed apartment located across from Galeries Lafayette and close to all amenities. Air conditioned with balcony. The large apartment - 74 m2 - is well presented, light and airy and is ideal for 2 couples but will sleep up to 5. It is completely self contained and equipped with everything your break on the Riviera.
It is just a stones throw away from the beach, the old town and the Messena pedestrian zone. Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants are just on your doorstep. The apartment is newly refurbished, with marble tiles in the living areas and wooden floors in the bedrooms. It is decorated in a contemporary style and contains all the essentials for a comfortable stay on the French Riviera.
The living area contains a sofabed and two easy chairs, and dining table and chairs with seating for 6. There is DVD, broadband internet and cable TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. There are 2 quiet double bedrooms facing onto an inner courtyard. The sofa bed in the living area supplies a third separate sleeping area if needed. It is air-conditioned and heated, making it suitable for year round occupancy.
Ideal accommodation for the Acropolis Convention Centre. Close to all public transport giving you easy access to all areas of the Riviera. Day bus trips are available to the mountains in winter for skiing.

Local Details The apartments central location means that whichever way you turn outside the building you are only seconds or minutes away from most amenities. The famous Galeries Lafayette is across the road and the Zone Pietonne (pedestrian) area across the road from that. The old town is a pleasant stroll away, past the fountains in the espace Massena. Choose to eat out and you will be spoilt for choice for restaurants - the old town and the pedestrian zone contains restaurants for all tastes and pockets. Choose to eat in and the Galeries Lafayette or the Cours Saleya will provide you with fresh and gourmet foods. In the evening the street entertainment will keep you entertained. A short walk takes you to the bus stations with destinations such as Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Grasse. The train station is a 10 minutes walk away.
Nice / Central Nice area
Where to start ... Nice caters for all. You can be as active (walking, swimming, paragliding) as you like, or just relax taking in the rays on the beach and enjoy long lazy lunches. It is an ideal place to visit all those must see locations on the French Riviera, Monaco, Menton, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence to name but a few.
Nice has lots to keep the art enthusiast busy, with plenty of Museums, galleries and artists studios. A nightly art/craft market takes place each evening in the Cours Saleya during the summer.
If you are into clubbing, Nice has many night clubs. Or if clubbing is not your thing, enjoy the evening by strolling along the Promenade or pedestrian precinct (zone pietonne) and let the pavement artists entertain you.

Further details indoors: The apartment is well maintained and equipped to a high standard. It has been recently renovated throughout. Each double bedroom contains a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe, as well as hairdryer, side tables and lights. Bedroom 1 is slightly larger than bedroom and contains a king size bed. Bedroom two contains a double bed and sleeps 2 in comfort. The double sofa bed, located in the lounge provides a third separate sleeping area if required. A cot is available on demand. Our DVD and CD library is becoming established, and we are working on improving our paperback library. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a separate kitchen, a full marble tiled bathroom with a bath incorporating a shower. As well as a toilet in the bathroom, there is a separate, independent toilet.
In the immediate vicinity there are shops and restaurants, with the night life and buzz of the old town just a couple of minutes walk away. The beach on and Promenade des Anglais is a pleasant 5 minutes stroll away walking on the avenue Verdun by the side of the green Espace Messena. All the well known towns of the French Riviera for example, Monaco, Ville Franche, Eze, Menton, Cannes and Grasse, to name but a few, can easily be reached by bus or train, both the bus station and the train station are within easy walking distance. This is an ideal location for the Nice Carnival, Monaco Grand Prix, Nice Jazz festival and Cannes Film Festival.
Further details outdoors: The balcony is long and narrow, ideal for your evening aperitif. It contains a table and two chairs. The apartment has a lift but is accessed by 10 steps, making it unsuitable for wheel chair access.

Prices are for the property per week in euros, this is all inclusive - towels, linen and cleaning. There are no hidden costs. The apartment sleeps up to 6. Deposit of 30% required with your booking. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is payable on confirmation. Payment also accepted in GB pounds or by credit card using Paypal (there is an extra 4% cost for this). Part weeks considered outside peak periods (Jun - Sept). Arrivals are at a nominated time after 5pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 11:00am,
Conditions
A security/damage deposit of 300euro/£200 is payable before arrival. This will be returned directly to your home within two weeks of departure. Your apartment will be cleaned for you on your arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged and charged accordingly.
