The well designed interior is open plan and spacious.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which pulls out into a double bed), an armchair, coffee tables and wall unit with a selection of English DVD's and books to choose from. French doors lead out on to a small balcony with a table and chairs - a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif before heading out in the evening.
A dining table and 4 chairs separates the living room from the brand new, state of the art kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring electric hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses needed to be able to cook and dine in.
The bedroom leads off from the living room and has a double bed with two bedside tables with reading lights, a large ceiling to floor mirrored wardrobe with plenty of hanging and shelf space and a chest of draws with mirror. French doors open out on to the second, smaller balcony overlooking the internal gardens.
The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle with overhead shower, vanity unit with mirror and plenty of storage space and a toilet. There is also a front load washing machine and a hair-dryer provided for your use. The apartment has ducted air-conditioning and heating through out making it very pleasant throughout the year.

There are two balconies overlooking the peaceful internal garden. One in front of the living room which is equipped with a small table and two chairs - perfect for a little alfresco dining and the other, slightly smaller one directly in front of the bedroom.
Boulevard Gambetta has plenty of shops, bakeries and supermarkets to choose from - the apartment even comes equipped with a shopping trolley to save you having to carry heavy bags home.
The apartment is located 4 blocks (3 mins walk) from the beaches on Promenades des Anglais. You will find the trendy 'Hi' beach at the end of the street which has both private and public sections and whose restaurant caters for the health conscious with many Bio and natural ingredients used.
One of Nice's hottest nightclubs, High Club, can be found opposite the beach on the Promenade des Anglais. Entry is approximately 20 euros and it caters mainly for the 30 plus group
The pedestrian street on rue de France is 5 minutes away and it's approximately 10 minutes walk to the main high street of Nice, Jean Medecin or to the central train station.
There are 2 large supermarkets, a selection of wonderful bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The wonderful Old Town with it's charming streets, typical French style markets, vibrant restaurants and cafes are approximately 15 minutes walk away.
Our local English/French speaking representative will meet you on arrival at the apartment, explain the facilities and give you the keys. They can also arrange to purchase some basic provisions for you should you require.

How to get there

Nice International Airport is situated close to the city. Inexpensive flights from the UK and other European cities are available with Easyjet, British Airways, Aerlingus, Ryan Air, BMIbaby and Air France.
Bus number 98 runs every 20 minutes from the Airport, along the seafront (Promenade des Anglais) to the Nice Riquier station. The ticket costs 4 euros per person and is valid all day for travel on the buses and tramway. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and the nearest stop for the apartment is ‘Gambetta’ on the Promenade.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the Airport which will cost approximately 30 euros and is limited to a maximum of 4 passengers.

We loved everything about this apartment - from its excellent location near the promenade, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and entertainment venues, to the decor (modern and clean), the facilities (hot water on demand, great information booklet and folder, equipped with everything you could possibly need) and the quiet to come back to after a long days sight seeing. We'll most definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in October. The Perle apartment is very modern, clean and QUIET. Shops, buses and beach all close by.

You will not be disappointed if you book this lovely apartment. It is very clean & comfortable and provides all mod cons. It really is a home away from home with virtually everything you need supplied. The owners really have thought of everything. The balcony is small but big enough for two people to sit and enjoy a meal overlooking an internal courtyard.
The location is excellent and you will find all the supermarkets/chemists/tabacs in easy reach. It is also very close to the beach front and allows easy access to all the restaurant & shopping streets.
All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to return.
