The American kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, a built-in combination microwave oven, built-in fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob and extractor fan, kettle, toaster, and stainless sink. All necessary utensils are provided to cook a family meal. A round glass dining table with seating for four gives you inside dining options - though we think most light meals might be taken on the sunny balcony.
The bathroom consists of a bath with chrome shower attachment above, a modern stylish wash basin with vanity unit below, large mirror above and a toilet. The bathroom is fully tiled and also benefits from a towel radiator.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables and table lamps, and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The bedroom benefits from electric black out shutters and access to the apartment balcony.

2nd floor of a superb modern new development with lift. There is a garden area in the building lobby and a garage available to book for an additional £70 per stay.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

It remains to this day, one of the most sought after destinations in France and is ideal for family and group holidays as well as romantic city breaks.
Agreeably named, Nice is the capital of the Alpes-Maritimes. It is a city that stays alive and active all year round. There is plenty to see and do and something to suit all tastes.
With approximately 300 days of sunshine, it is renowned for its long hot summers and cooling sea breezes which help to maintain a pleasant temperature.
Beautifully situated, between Cannes and Menton, Nice offers easy access by train or bus allowing you to explore many other interesting towns along this famous coastline. Day trips to Monaco, Italy and some of the surrounding hilltop Provençal villages are all possible. A day trip to the ski slopes of Auron and Isola 2000 during the winter months is also feasible.
The Nice area
Just a few streets back from Place Masséna, it is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and Promenade from this apartment. A five-minute walk will take you to the Old Town, bus station, and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin. The train station is fifteen minutes walk away. Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in a fifteen-minute circumference to all that Nice has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay in Cappuccino apartment, which is a very comfortable and well located one bedroom apartment for a price better than a hotel. The only thing that some people may find annoying is the noise of street traffic since the apartment has a street view (in March we kept windows closed so it did not bother us; the apartment is equipped with a conditioner). Next time we will definitely rent with Nice Pebbles again but will perhaps try something new in the Old City or with the sea view. The service was also excellent. This was our third time stay in this apartment; we have previously stayed in other apartments in Nice. The apartment is in the perfect location for us; in the town centre within easy walking distance of most the places we would wish to see. Bus stops and the tramway are close by. If you wish to go further afield, eg the bus stop for Matisse and Chagal is just round the corner. The train station, about ten minutes walk away, where you can get trains to Italy, Monaco in one direction and Antibes, Cannes in the other. You can be in most of these places within an hour of leaving the apartment. They are all worth seeing. The apartment is very well, stylishly and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, according to the reviews; we personally don't do any cooking in the apartment, we don't even brew coffee eventhough there is a high tech coffee machine. But everything is there for those who do and obviously many do. There is washing machine, dish washer and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We take the view that we don't go on holiday to cook etc and as there are so many excellent cafes and restaurants close by, charging very reasonable prices, so we take full advantage. This apartment has it's own independant air conditioning which works very well and much appreciated during hot weather. Far better than the air circulation system in the rest of this modern block.
