Both bedrooms have contemporary modern furniture in bold colours of red and white. The skylights in each bedroom ensure that the rooms are flooded with sunlight. There is a wardrobe in between the two bedrooms for your clothes. The main bedroom has a king size bed with 2 bedside tables and a set of drawers for storage. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedrooms.
The kitchen and living area is open plan with a very large sofa that will easily seat four. For entertainment there is a 30 inch LCD screen and DVD player. The living room furniture is modern with a glass coffee table and a red rug. The large dining table easily seats four.
The fully tiled main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, a glass shower screen and vanity unit with a designer glass sink and a mirror. You won't be lacking for storage, there are plenty of shelves for all your toiletries.
The toilet is conveniently tucked into the corner of the bathroom.
The open plan kitchen has a small breakfast bar and two stools for casual dining. It benefits from an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. There is also a stainless steel oven with a four ring halogen electric hob and extractor.

Being on the first floor is the first plus for this lovely apartment. Second, it is right in the midst of the upmarket shopping district with plenty of eateries nearby and 150 metres from the beach! Third, it's the best-stocked apartment I have ever rented, with an extensive range of kitchen utensils, supplies such as oil, salt, pepper, spices and paper toweling, a superb rangehood and even face washers, which are rarely provided in France! Fourth, it is cheerfully decorated, with lovely hand-sewn quilts in hot pinks and reds hanging on some walls, hot pink in the kitchen decor and similar colours in the bedding upstairs. These colours are accents only; it is not garish in the least. Integral to the cheerful vibe is the bright light over the kitchen table - great for when you're writing your travel diary in the midst of winter. Fifth, there is plenty of room for four people to sit around the dining table and to stretch out on the huge sofa. Its only downsides are 1) the noise, as it's above a restaurant, with another across the road, and they both open early in the morning, but this is only an issue if you are a light sleeper like I am - the other three in my family did not hear anything; and 2) how small the main bedroom and the bathroom are (the bed is a double, and it only just fits into the room), but these rooms are upstairs in the attic and have their own charm, so would only be mildly annoying on a long stay, and probably not even then, as any potential feelings of annoyance would be overidden by the sheer pleasure of bieng in such a happy apartment.
