About the home

This rental apartment allows you to have your cake and eat it. You are five minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but can enjoy soaking up the sunshine in peace and quiet at either the sunny terrace overlooking the hills, or the rooftop pool: a rare find in such a central location.

The apartment is just to the right of the Acropolis in a narrow street. There is traffic passing next to the apartment, but it is not a very busy road. Most vehicles head off down to the Acropolis underground car park before they reach the apartment block.


The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

Bedroom
The bedroom also has patio doors to the terrace and black out shutters for night time. There are two single beds that can be separated or pushed together as desired (If you want the beds pushed together to make a super kingsize bed then please email us at the time of booking). The angle of recline for each bed can be adjusted individually for comfort via remote control. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space, reading lamps and a separate air-conditioning unit for hot summer nights.

Living Area
The living area and kitchen are open plan. The air-conditioned open plan living area can comfortably host two with a mint green sofa, two armchairs with foot rests and reading lamps. There is a flat screen TV (English and French channels) and DVD player on a TV cabinet for entertainment and this apartment also offers Wi-Fi Internet access.

Patio doors lead out from the living area onto a balcony with a table and seating for two and a birdseye view of the the surrounding city scape. The large patio doors allow plenty of light into the apartment during the day and at night, roller shutters can be used to shut out the light.

Bathroom
The bathroom is fresh and modern. The bath has a hand-held shower - great for hair washing. The wash basin has a large mirror over and is housed in a mirrored unit below providing plenty of under-basin storage. The mirrors bounce light around the bathroom creating a feeling of space. There is a separate WC and a wall-mounted towel rail. The washing machine is also in the bathroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for two with a built-in microwave oven, a two ring electric hob, extractor fan, and a fridge with small freezer compartment. A breakfast bar and stools provide a pleasant dining area and a good place to perch, open wine and generally encourage the chef.

The Nice / Central Nice area

The apartment is just to the right of the Acropolis in a narrow street. There is traffic passing next to the apartment, but it is not a very busy road. Most vehicles head off down to the Acropolis underground car park before they reach the apartment block.

From the apartment, it's a five-minute walk to the Old Town of Nice and a ten to twelve minute walk to the beach. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. It is also only a five-minute walk to the bus station if you want to take advantage of Nice's excellent transport service and head out to Antibes, Monaco, or Cannes.

This apartment is not as central as some of our other apartments on offer, but is still in easy walking distance of all that Nice has to offer and is most convenient for car parking and if you intend to visit the Acropolis and the Museum of Modern Arts and Contemporary Art (MAMAC). The apartment is also very close to the new Tram network in Nice; tram stops Acropolis and Garibaldi are a few minute’s walk away.

The tram will take you quickly and cheaply into the modern city centre of Nice and on to the main Nice Ville train station.
