About the home

On entry to the living area you have a very spacious living area - on your right you have a fully equipped American kitchen and breakfast bar. The living area has large dining table and 6 chairs, a large double sofa/bed, a double sofa and an armchair with 2 further armachairs - there is also a TV and DVD player, making the living area - very comfortable.

Le colisee is one of the most important work of the American architect of Armenian George Dikanski origin who became famous in nice as the "maitre of art deco".At the centre of the large entrance hall is placed a fountain surrounded by an impressive spyral staircase which leads to the different apartments where in
the past also the famous singers dalida and tino rossi lived.

The living area has large dining table and 6 chairs, a large double sofa/bed, a double sofa and an armchair with 2 further armachairs - there is also a TV/DVD player and Wifi/internet making the living area - very comfortable.

There is a fully equipped bathroom - with full bath, wash basin and WC, there is a spacious shower-room with large high quality walk-in shower, hand basin and WC - both are very well presented in light wood and high quality units.

A truly fully equipped kitchen - with oven, 4 place cooking plate, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer and full cooking utensils - the kitchen is open planned - with breakfast bar.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment has 2 small but sunny balconies facing south, has 5 large windows facing south giving plenty of light and has a quality central air-conditioning unit - that can cool the whole apartment.
