About the home

On entry into the living room area you have stunning light - as apartment faces West - and gets the afternoon sun with 2 full length double doors that open up onto balcony - that spans the length of the living room. The living room as 3 areas - to your right is the lounge area with large very comfortable sofa and designer armchair and foot rest - with large flat screen TV - it has free for view English channels and DVD player and very stylish heater.

There is a large dining table with 4 chairs and an American kitchen - both doors lead out onto balcony - so makes it perfect for some wine with al fresco dining or your coffee and croissant for breakfast. The balcony has table and 2 chairs and gets sun from midday until evening - from the balcony - you can see sea Palm Tree on Promenade des Anglais - hence name Palm Tree.
