This spacious and very comfortable apartment has been completely refurbished and furnished to the highest standard. On entry you have a hallway - with the showerroom on your right (with wash basin, WC and large double walkin shower cabinet) The living-room has been very tastefully furnished - and has a large (very comfy) sofabed and 2 large and easy arm chairs. It has flat screen TV (with english Sat TV - BBC, ITV Sky news etc) and Hifi and phone for incoming calls and Wifi internet access. The bedroom has a King-size double bed a 2nd flat screen TV and DVD and storage cupboards. The kitchen is fully euipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine - and full utensils - there is also a dining table and 4 chairs. There is a lovely balcony that overlooks Gallery Lafayette and has a small table and 2 chairs - perfect for that glass of wine. The apartment has double glazing and full air conditioning throughout - This really is a prime located luxury 1 bedroom apartment - perfect for a couple or up to 4 persons.

Located in Southern Europe at the south eastern corner of France, Nice nestles between the Alps, Provence, Corsica and Italy. In the background are the Alpine foothills, some of which reach over 9000 ft above sea level. These are only 31 miles away from the coast as the crow flies.

To the west, Cannes is just 25 minutes away on the train, and just an hour from St Tropez. To the East, Monte Carlo is a 25 minute train journey away. It is only around 65 minutes to the Val D'Isere ski resort on the Italian border.
