The property is within 100 metres of the beach and the old town with its wide variety of restaurants, shops and museums. If you would like to venture slightly further afield, Monaco and St Tropez are an easy train journey away, as well as the glamorous Cannes, famous for the Cannes Film Festival.
Nice is only an hour away from the ski resorts, and it's close enough to Italy for you to be able to take a day trip to the alpine Italian villages on the other side of the border.
