The apartment is beside all of the attractions a city like Nice has to offer: Beach, Restaurants, Opera, Shopping, Cinema, Museums. A bus stop outside the apartment block means you can be whisked away to Cannes, Antibes, Biot, Saint Paul De Vence and Grasse. The train station is a 5 minute bus journey or 15 minute walk away if Monaco or Italy beckons.

The apartment is laid out as a very large studio (53 sq m) with two distinct sleeping areas which are cleverly concealed, a double living room area and a separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is modern and decorated to a high standard.
The living room and kitchen open to a large terrace which overlooks the private gardens. Enjoy the view of the sea as you dine al fresco on the terrace.
The kitchen has everything you will need and the beautiful garden will delight you with birdsong, mature lemon trees and stunning flowers. There is a Nespreso coffee machine to kick start your day.
The apartment is equipped with sun chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, books, games and DVDs for both adults and children.
The apartment is located on the seafront close to the famous Negresco Hotel.

A damage deposit of €400 is payable on the day of arrival to the the attendant.This will be returned on the day you leave subject to damage inspection on the day you leave (a broken cup or glass will not incur a cost).
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d'Azur is a beautiful part of France. The sea breeze is always welcome and it makes time spent on the beach an absolute pleasure. The water is truly azure in colour,the most beautiful sight to look at every morning. Spring and Autumn are warm and some say the nicest part of the year in Nice. For those who wish to explore the South of France, Nice is the perfect base.
There are daily ferries to Corsica. There are trains to Italy, Monte Carlo, Monaco and Cannes that run every few minutes. It is a perfect place to stay whether you want to relax on the beach at the Bay of Angels or travel to beautiful neighbouring countries or cities.
The Nice / Promenade des Anglais area
Nice has everything to offer-city living and sea side beauty. There are water sports like para-sailing, boating, water skiing and snorkelling at the beach. There is also the Opera, cinema, markets or museums to spend time around.
There are regular concerts and events on in Nice throughout the year. Don't forget about the two fabulous firework displays and festivals on 14th July and another on the 15th August. Restaurants that provide simple yet delicious food are dotted along the seafront and throughout the city.
Dining can be a gastronomic feast or a casual meal-you choose. The shops are delightful especially for those who love French fashion. There are bikes or roller blades to hire.

Nice is the second most visited city in France and is serviced by a large number of Airlines including British Airways, Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Air France, SAS, Flybe, Ukraine Internation, Jet 2.com, Emerite Airways and Lufthansa. A plane lands every few minutes in Nice airport during the peak summer season.
You will not find it difficult to get a flight to suit your needs.
From Nice Airport take a taxi or the 98 bus (directly outside the airport). Either will drop you outside the front door of the apartment in less than 10 minutes.

The apartment was very nice, and we have already booked it for next year. A minus are the TV-channels without news in English languages. This apartment was conveniently situated approximately 50 metres from the Promenade d'anglais, close to all local amenities, in particular a large supermarket, which was extremely handy to have. Also very handy to a bus stop which took us to the airport and many other routes. The main shopping area and the old town were within comfortable walking distance. On arrival we were met by Elisabeth who was most welcoming and showed us where everything was situated within the apartment and gave us useful information about the surrounding area. The apartment itself was very well equipped and was decorated to a very good standard. Comfortable and modern. Lots of linen available for use. The balcony was lovely to have and many an evening was spent relaxing and enjoying the local wine!!! |
