This elegant holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful Art Deco building. An essential feature of the apartment is excellent natural light brought to the reception rooms and bedrooms as well as the panoramic balcony on the corner where the main room opens on two sides.
The apartment has an area of 75 square meters was completely transformed and renovated in 2013. It has an elegant and stylish decor throughout with emphasis on comfort. It includes - living room, separate dining room, modern fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom .
Living and dining area:
The living and dining area are partially separate with an open plan feel as a large archway makes each space accessible to each other. This is perfect for those who like a separate area for dining and relaxation. it also gives the illusion of space and privacy for the occupants. Both rooms are enhanced with natural light from the four floor to ceiling French windows, which reflects beautifully on the walnut wooden floor. Both French windows in the dining area opens out onto Juliette balconies, the French windows in the living space benefit from a wrap around balcony. The living area hosts 2 two seater sofas, Tv and DVD, the dining area provides a dining table with seating for four.
The kitchen is separate from the living and dining area so you can concoct a surprise French dish and worry about the clear up later. It comes very well equipped with all the necessities of home comforts including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. With an added bonus of a breakfast bar with two chairs.
The Master bedroom is ensuite and hosts a double bed, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, wardrobe, tall drawer set and a ceiling fan to keep you cooler on those hot summer nights. French windows lead out onto it's very own balcony. The ensuite has a bath for those who enjoy the luxury of a long soak, an overhead shower fitting, wash hand basin, large mirror accompanied with a shaving mirror, a heated towel rail and a toilet.
The guest bedroom is ensuite and has a double bed, tall drawer set and vanity area with dressing table and chair. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, wash hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.
On your arrival:
You are welcomed on arrival and given the grand tour of the apartment. Maps and tourist info will be available in the apartment and we can share with you our favourite restaurants etc. Then we leave you to start your holiday, but we are just a phone call away should you need us.
Linen and towels are supplied and included in the price.

The French Riviera or Cote D'Azur as also known is a magical place with so much diversity on offer. Apart from the glamour, champagne lifestyle, and sumptuous yachts - this is only skimming the surface. Where else can you have the extravagance in winter of skiing in the morning and walking by the sea in the afternoon? Explore the beautiful coastal landscapes dotted with small beaches, jagged rock formations and incredible sparkling azure mediterranean which can be seen by car, train, bus, cycling or even walking. If you can tear yourself away from the views then look inland and you will more than like see pretty hilltop villages perched high and proud. These sunkissed and historical hill towns are brimming with culture and history.
Take time to appreciate the magnificent architecture of the Belle Epoque, Bourgois and Art Deco buildings to the Italian influenced buildings of the older quarters - colourful buildings with their pretty colourful wooden shutters. Visit the Picasso museum in Antibes, shop till you drop in Cannes, take a boat to St. Tropez, visit the Palace in Monaco, walk the enchanting path around Cap Ferrat, enjoy Sunday brunch in Eze, make your own French perfume in Grasse, explore the many galleries of St. Paul de Vence, visit the vineyards of Bellet and feel at home in Nice. And if you really want to live like a local then playing petanque (type of bowls played mostly by the older/retired generation) and drink pastis (anise-flavoured liqueur and aperitif ).
If you haven't been to Nice before then you are in for a treat. Nice has one of the most famous coastlines on the Cote d'Azur, the Baie des Anges. Surrounded by hills and mountains, Nice has a wonderful climate all year round.The main reason holiday makers choose to stay in this area is the proximity to the beach and Promenade but also the stunning views of the azure sea. Nice really does have everything to offer and I guess that's why tourists keep returning.
The apartment is situated in the Musicians quarter, where the streets are named after famous composers including Rue Verdi, Rue Rossini, Rue Jacques Offenbach and Mozart. This quarter is characterized by an abundance of beautiful Art Deco, grand Bourgeois and Belle Epoque buildings. Wander around this elegant area enjoying the exquisite architecture.
Quartier Musiciens (Musician's Area) is one of the more residential sectors of Nice, so indulge yourself with the best of both worlds exploring the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas of the old town and Massena then escape home to relax and live like a local in the Quartier Musiciens. With an abundance of good restaurants, bakeries and shops you'll effortlessly slip straight into the French way of life.
From the apartment it's an easy six minute saunter to the Beach, the famous Promenade des Anglais and Pedestrian Zone with its many boutique shops, hip wine bars and classy restaurants. Also the main shopping area of Avenue Jean Medecin is on your doorstep with high street and designer boutiques. The central square Place Massena and the Promenade du paillon ( urban park and walkway through Massena right to the sea and Promenade. The picturesque Old Town is a leisurely 15 minute stroll. For exploring further afield places like Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and even cross the border to Italy you will can catch a train from the main train station 'Gare Thiers' which is just a four minute walk away,
