This flat is a brand new 4 bedroom apartment in the old town (no other like it) with all new furniture, double glazing windows, bathrooms and wooden floors throughout. Not to forget the lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the city.
The living room giving onto the large terrace is modern, light and airy and well equipped with leather sofa bed, coffee table, easy chairs, dinner table and chairs, sideboard with a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The well equipped kitchen has additional little side breakfast table by the window and includes ample cupboard space, fridge, hob, microwave , oven / grill and toaster, kettle.
Bedroom 1 has French beamed ceilings, windows onto a small courtyard, double bed, bedside table, wardrobe

Further details
There are only 5 flats in this lovely town house building. It is very easily accessible. The car is really not necessary for a good holiday in Nice as their public transport is very good and cheap, however if you do come with one there are secure car park just few minutes away from the apartment.
Our English speaking Agent in Nice will be there on your arrival to meet and greet you at the apartment, show you around and give you the keys.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Nice is situated in the South East corner of France, bordering the Mediterranean Sea.
To the left of Nice is a 30 min journey to Cannes and to the right of Nice is a 20 minutes journey to Monaco. Both very easily accessible from Nice via public transport.
The Nice / Vieux Nice area
Culturally, there is plenty happening here, from the summer jazz festival to the packed program at the Opera de Nice. The number of art galleries and museums is also dazzling -with free entry museums. There is also a year -round line -up of festivals, including the Carneval in the run-up to Let and the Fete des Mais in May.
The Old Town specially benefit from shuttered, ochre -hued buildings, pretty churches, gallery-filled alleys and busy bars.
The hart of vielle ville (Old Town) lies just back from the sea front, along lively cours Saleya. Here, cut flowers perfume the air and fruit and vegetable stalls operate from dawn to lunchtime Tuesdays to Sundays; Mondays brocanteurs take over selling antiques.
Along the seafront, west of Old Town the quai des Etats-Unis segues into the promedane des Anglais. The chaotic parade of in-line skaters, joggers, street performers and strolling sun worshippers, it is busy from dawn until dusk.
The beach is a broad expansion of sun-bleached pebbles, curving around azure bay. While beach is open to anyone there are private parts of the beaches where you can pay 10-20 Euros for a sun lounger.

The apartment is situated just a short bus / taxi ride from the Nice Airport.
Bus No 98 can take you from the outside the Airport Terminal all the way to the Gare Routiere - Bus Station, which is 5 minutes walk away from the apartment.
The Bus ticket costs 4 Euros per person and it is valid the whole day on the buses and trams.
Also there are local taxis available at the airport, the cost to old town with the taxi is approximately 35 Euros.
From the SNCF railway station you can easily get to the apartment by tram.
Ticket for the tram cost 1 Euro per person and can be bought from machines at each stop. As the tram runs on the edge of the Old Town you can get off on the several stops however the closes one again would be Gare Routiere.

Please go to stay! With 8 of us sharing this apartment was a steal. Best location in Nice, the boulangerie around the corner is friendly and full of good things. balcony was lovely for morning breakfast, apartement well fitted, enough equipment to cook for 8 people. Literally 2 minute walk from the beach, we went every evening. Train station about a 20 minute walk away, main shopping area about 10 minute walk. Only downside is if you can't manage the 3 flights of stairs. Oh, and rep was very friendly and helpful |
