This luxurious 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment located in elegant belle epoque building - The apartment (with lift) has been very stylishly and tastefully refurbished and furnished. On entry you have a modern and bright kitchen (with full facilities, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) There is a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a luxury sofabed (doublebed) and single sofa/bed and storage cupboards and large size flat screen TV (english Satelite TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news etc) DVD and HiFi - phone for incoming calls and Wifi internet acces - with the large windows and West facing outlook the livingroom is a lovely afternoon suntrap. The luxury red curtains add to the ambiance. There is a very secure safe (laptop suitable) The bedroom is equipped wilh King size double bed and large storage cupboards and has small flat screen TV. This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout. It has a lovely balcony off the bedroom(with small table and chairs - perfect for a glass of wine) It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo) approx 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais - It overlooks gardens and church - the apartment is non-overlooked and very pleasent views from its balcony and windows This is a very nice apartment indeed - and an ideal base for couple looking to spend time in a quality apartment.

We stayed in Nice early November and we were very pleased with your apartment. The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and airy. Also when we needed to contact you for extra keys etc. your service was very prompt and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending highly the apartment and we do hope to return there as soon as we can.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice! The Hugo apartment worked out awesome for us! The location of it is PERFECT...everything is close by! It was very clean, comfortable and "homey" feeling!

Thank you for making my holiday in Nice a memorable one. One always runs the risk of disappointment when booking via the internet but the apartment you supplied was clean, modern, very comfortable with more than sufficient space for me to spread out and, very conveniently located. Thank you for sorting the original problem with the shower so promptly. The expected traffic noise was easily sorted with a pair with outstanding ear plugs supplied by Air France. All in all, Nice its surroundings and its people surpassed my expectations. Next time and there will be a next time, my family will come too. Thank you Paul once again.
