This air conditoned south facing 1 bed apartment is in a fantastic position for exploring Nice.It is situated very close to the Old Town/Beach/Place Massena/Beach.The balcony is perfect for starting your day having your breakfast eating your croissant in the early morning sun! The apt. is surrounded by bars,restaurants and shops,even the building itself sits on top of a patisserie(bread and cake shop). The apartment itself although situated in the middle of everything is located at the back of the building so is reasonably quiet(for a city!).Unusually for accommodation of this size the apartment has a separate bedroom and a separate lounge/kitchen both with French Doors opening onto a small sunny south facing terrace equipped with table and chairs for dining 'alfresco.The bedroom isequipped with a double bed (therefore no messing with a sofa bed everyday!!) A replacement kitchen,high quality bathroom and new decoration are all new for Summer '08.'There is also an LCD tv and DVD player for relaxing nights in.

The apartment is in the centre of Nice very close to the Old Town, one of the most elegant areas of the city. It is near the hub of the shopping and cultural activities and also within easy walking distance of the old port where you will find great markets and a busy night life.

The apartment is located on Rue Giofreddo a few steps from Place Massena and Avenue Felix Faure, and it is very close to the Old Town and the Beach.
There is something for everyone in Nice, from relaxing on the beach, people watching on the fashionable Promenade des Anglais, to a busy nighlife, visiting the museums, art galleries or shopping. Nice is also home of the Matisse Museum and the Marc Chagall Museum.
Monte Carlo is just 20 minutes away by train – the views of the Palace and the harbour are spectacular.

Further details indoors: * The whole apartment has been recently decorated and furnished so everything is nice and new. * There is recently installed air conditioning and an LCD television with DVD player and a selection of movies. * You enter the apartment via an internal spacious entrance hall which offers fantastic storage space with a full wall of built in wardrobes which means you can find a temporary home for all your belongings. * The shower room is accessed from the lounge/bedroom. The WC is a separate room accessed via the hall space. * The lounge/kitchenis is newly fitted and decorated and truly feels like a sunshine room. It is well stocked with all the utensils that you would need and there is a small oven and an electric hob.Most ites are new this year. The apartment is located on the 4th floor,there is no lift!

The apartment is best suited to two people sharing. It is not suitable for those who are unable to take the 4 flights of stairs to access the apartment. It is very centrally located to access many restaurants and bars, the beach and the old town.
