Superbly located apartment on the fourth floor, with an elevator, facing the sea with spectacular views. You can access by car or public transportation other points of interest such as Antibes, Monte Carlo, Cannes. Aix in Provence is only a 90 minute drive from Nice, or take a local coach service from the town centre. A short walk along the Promenade des Anglais takes you to the heart of Nice or a short hop on a bus into the Cours des Saleys open market to buy your daily fruit and vegetables, flowers, cheeses and other Nicoise delicacies. Nice has fabulous year round weather and you will find bright sun filled days as early as February when it celebrates its brightly colourful Carnevale.

A large open plan studio with living and dining room with sofa and full size bed, that goes against the wall for more walking space during the day. Very comfortable and easy to manage. Full size kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals and a fabulous balcony for dining out and enjoying watching the world go by on the famous Promenade des Anglais beach front boulevard. The bathroom has a large, walk in shower stall.
You have two large supermarkets immediately to the left and right of the building as well as many smaller shops for bread, meat, pastries, coffee. There are also local wine bars and restaurants, all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The local bus stops right outside the building and parking is available on the street.

You have seven kilometers of beach right at your doorstep! There are public and private beaches where you can rent chaise lounge, umbrellas, snorkelling equipment or even go paragliding should you so desire! Nice has a wealth of things to do and see, fabulous museums, art galleries, and architecturally it is a must see - a beautiful blend of its Italian heritage and French inhabitants have made this city a cultural delight. There is a great public transportation service, that whisks you away for the day to Monte Carlo, Antibes, Cannes, or even up to the Italian border town of San Remo for its wonderful all day long outdoor market, easily accessible by train, a ten minute bus ride away from your apartment building. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with spectacular sea views, fully air conditioned and double glazed, with an elevator. The building is extremely well maintained and has a live in Concierge as well as my local Manager who will meet and greet you and settle you in to your apartment and provide you with your keys.

It is hard to please everyone and I understand that, and I am very fortunate however to have had many happy clients in this apartment, and just to clarify is the largest of the three studio apartments in Nice, so perhaps the term studio is not for you a word well known, as it is signifies a large open plan apartment which perhaps you did not understand. So pleased you took advantage of the great public transportation system in Nice! Easy, fast, inexpensive and very convenient for my apartment Avenue California. There is even the Velo bike system parked right outside the building, a wonderful flat surface of the Promenade des Anglais with designated bike lanes to ride into the centre of town and enjoy the wonderful sea views while pedalling along! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
