This beautifully furnished apartment is located in a residential area of Nice yet is near to local shops and restaurants. This traditional French apartment has high ceilings and original windows and shutters. There are three double bedrooms all with double beds and each contains it's own marble fireplace. The floors are tiled throughout with exceptional original tiles in the hallway. The modern bright spacious kitchen offers a fridge, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven. There is a television and DVD player. The apartment is furnished and decorated in a tasteful style with beautiful furniture and suitable for families and/or couples. Situated on the third floor, the apartment can be accessed by stairs or a lift. The apartment is very close to the main railway station in Nice so perfect for exploring e.g Antibes and Monaco. The beach is within walking distance, direct via Rue Jean Medecin. There is no need for a car, public transport is minutes away. The airport is just 25 mins away and the airport bus stops very nearby. The apartment is in an ideally situated central location for those looking for comfort, security and convenience.

Nice has a typical 'Mediterranean' climate. Long warm summers with up to 12 hours of sunshine per day and mild winters. The weather is warm from May right through to September. The (generally) crisp, clear winter days can also be a real delight!
Nice / Central Nice area
Stroll the seafront Promenade des Anglais for its circus-like atmosphere. You can play beach volleyball, Ping-Pong, or boules; rent paddleboats, jet skis, or windsurfing equipment; or snooze on comfy beach beds with end tables.
Castle Hill sits at the north end of the promenade. Climb or take the elevator up for a 360-degree view of Nice, the Alps' foothills, and the sea — all better at sunset.
Modern-art lovers make time for Nice's Chagall and Matisse museums. A regional museum pass is a good deal for those planning to visit these and other fine museums in the area.
A daily flower and produce market sets up in Cours Saleya, the Old City's long broad square. Here, in the evening, restaurant tables tangle with market stalls and browsing shoppers. After dark, enjoy the Old City's lively late-night scene to the beat of jazz and rock 'n' roll.
How to get there
From Nice airport if arriving before 8pm in the evening then a bus will take you almost to the door! It arrives at the railway station and the apartment is within easy walking distance.

Further details indoors: The kitchen is very spacious and bright with a breakfast bar which is neatly hidden in the beautiful kitchen units!
Further details outdoors: There is a balcony leading out from the lounge and one can stand and watch the world go by below. There is a Charcuterie on the opposite street corner with fresh fruit and vegetables, milk etc with a lady serving who speaks fluent English! The Railway station close by is ideal for English newspapaers each morning, Times, FInancial Times, Daily Telegraph, Guardian etc. Also to be found at the small kiosk in the middle of the Promenade des Anglais if heading for the beach.

I was in Nice many times but this visit was the best. I plan my next trip in October and I'd like to book this apartment.
This apartment is brght, beautiful and comfortable with everything that you require for your break. It is extremely convenient to the shops and train station and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The booking process is easy and the contact in Nice was very helpful.
