The large crystal chandelier over the stylish dining room table is the perfect focal point of the open-plan central area. The livingroom is very comfy and inviting with a large very comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs with large TV and DVD player (with english Sat TV including BBC, ITV and Sky news). There is a phone for incoming calls and ADSL/broadband internet access (free-of-charge) The outdoor terrace overlooking the roofs is a place of quiet refuge from the bustle of the city and is perfect for al fresco dining. In the master bedroom there is a luxury kingsize double bed and armchair and a beautiful classic period wardrobe. The twin bedroom has 2 luxury beds and armchair. In the sunny kitchen (which is fully equipped) with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and full cooking appliances, prepare a wonderful lunch to enjoy with friends on the cozy outdoor terrace in the shade, overlooking the quiet nearby buildings. There is a large shower room (with double size shower) and also further separate WC. There is full airconditioning fitted throughout the apartment. This apartment is truely stunning in its style and appearance and is furnished and presented to the very highest standards. With its perfect location to access the central Nice restaurants, shopping and beaches it is in the perfect location. My husband and I truly enjoyed our 2 week stay at 4, rue Meyerbeer. We travel to Nice yearly but this was the first time we rented an apartment - a wonderful experience with Paul Manion and Riviera Rentals. The apartment was clean, well equipped and close to everything the city offers. We are already planning our next year's holiday and hope to have the same apartment for years to come!
This is a very elegant stylish 2 bedroon apt. Fits 4 comfortably, but 6 can stay too if needed. Location is ideal - half a block from Blue Beach, and not too noisy. We stayed there for 5 weeks, and enjoyed every moment. Paul Manion was very helpful and considerate in getting us set up with everything we needed and troubleshooting quirks. We definitely recommend working with him.
What a great apartment to stay in, big and airy - so close to everything - Avenue des Anglaise and the pedestrian area - 15 mins to station - wonderful and Paul you must also have organised the weather! Thank you for all your help very very professional.
