The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region
From Nice, it's just a short coach or train ride to Monaco and Monte Carlo, Provence, the French Alps, the glassworks of Biot and Eze, the potteries in Vallauris, the perfumeries in Grasse, the cities of Cannes, Antibes, and Saint Tropez, and Italy. Ferries operate frequently to Corsica and to cities along the French Riviera.
On arriving by plane at the airport of Nice-Cote d'Azur, you will see the breath-taking view of Nice's stunning setting, surrounded by hills and mountains, tucked into the Bay of Angels on the Mediterranean Sea. Graced with a year round gentle climate and beautiful sights, Nice boasts the highest number of museums in France, with the Marc Chagall National Biblical Message Museum, the Matisse Museum, the Anatole Jakovsky International Museum of Naïve Art, and the Asian Arts Museum ranked among the nation's finest.
Just minutes walk from the apartments, you will discover the Sardinian neighbourhoods in the port, the Victorian avenues of Cimiez, the breath-taking panorama at the top of Parc du Chateau, the picturesque streets of the Old Town, and the 'Promenade des Anglais'--the flower-filled boulevard which follows the curve of the seafront, with miles of attractive and comfortable well-kept public beaches. With Nice's famous carnival and flower parades in February, the Cannes Film Festival in May, the Monaco Grand Prix in June, the Nice Jazz Festival in July, and Christmas Village in December, Nice is a perfect destination year round.

"Perfectly placed pad for the Port, beach and old town."
Everything you could possibly need for a stay in Nice-very good set up, clean, full of character and very central. Slight worry about the mezzanine so we kept a low light burning-but this added rather than detracted from the charm of the apartment. Would definatly stay again as it was so easy for transport links, restaurants, shops and activities.

"Great start to our holiday"
Excellent and welcoming accommodation. Everything was as promised. Well furnished and a great location. Couldn't have been better placed for exploring Nice. Easy access to all amazing value public transport when needed. Very good nights' sleep despite being a city. Only word of caution would be to those over 6' as there were some parts that had low beams and you had to be fit enough to climb a short staircase to bed! Definitely would recommend as a good value place for 2.

This flat is ideal for a couple ( as long as you are not a sleepwalker as the bed is on a raised platform) . It is clean, well appointed, comfortable, quiet and within easy walking distance of everything: a perfect combination. And a good price too. We would HIGHLY recommend it.
