Very tastefully renovated 50 square metre flat right on Place Massena, inside one of the red-coloured buildings bordering the square, a few minutes by foot from the Old Town and the sea. Access to the flat is directly from Place Massena but the flat itself is calm as it faces south, with a balcony, towards the sun and an inner courtyard. The flat is in mezzanine-style with bedroom for two, with sheets and covers, and bathroom, with shower, in an upstairs mezzanine (180 cm high) and fully-equipped kitchen and living room downstairs.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The climate of the Cote d'Azur region is pleasant all year round, with mild winters and summers which are warm without being stifling. Nice is ideally located for visiting other places on the south coast of France, noteably the glamorous towns of Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco. One option is to take a train journey along the coast to Italy. You can even take day trips on the ferry to Corsica, while ski resorts are located only 80km away.

Nice / Place Massena area

Place Massena is without a doubt Nice's most famous square and certainly the most impressive. Surrounded by the Albert I and Massena gardens, the imposing red-coloured buildings bordering the square assert an even greater presence. During the Carnival, it comes as no surprise that the King's float takes pride of place in this very spot. Place Massena is also one of the city's key central points: Vieux-Nice is within easy reach, as is the sea or even the main shopping thoroughfares

How to get there

Fly to Nice International Airport, which is 7km away. Nice is a short bus ride away from the Airport, with the journey taking around 10 minutes, at a cost of 3 Euros. Alternatively you can take a taxi, and it is advisable to budget for around 30 Euros to cover the cost of this.
