A modern and very high quality 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the prestigious development of Le Palais de Mediterranee hotel and Casino. This 3rd floor apartment is of the highest quality - with marble floors and hardwood floors throughout and is in a very secure building.

This is a luxurious development and very secure - with 24 hour gardienage - this would make an ideal base for a family looking for a quality apartment in a great location.

The living room has a dining table and 6 chairs; 2 very comfortable sofas and arm chairs flat screen TV with satellite service (including English news channels), a DVD player and CD player and Wifi and broadband internet access. The living room opens up onto a large terrace (approx 15msq) with table and chairs (perfect for outdoor dining) - the terrace is south facing on to a courtyard and garden and quiet. The living room and two bedrooms all open directly on to the terrace. The en suite bathroom has a bath with stand-in bath shower bidet and WC and wash basin and the en suite shower-room has shower and basin and WC there is also a further independent WC in the hallway. A hairdryer is also provided.

This is an truly fully equipped kitchen - with large fridge/freezer, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and full utensils - with marble work-top. There is air-cooling/heating system throughout.

This apartment was lovely - spacious, with a contemporary feel in the perfect location. All the other comments I had read regarding this complex are 100% true - although centrally located, the apartment is very quiet which means it’s somewhere to relax but also the perfect base should you want to be close to the life! One of the bonuses of the apartment was the large kitchen, a dishwasher, two balconies - one overlooking the other apartments and central gardens and the other overlooking the street, should you want to people watch! The front room was lovely, it was very spacious and we loved the bright furnishings which gave it a lovely modern feel. On the other hand, I thought a lot more could have been made of the main bedroom, which had plain white bedding and walls with old fashioned style lighting, and the large balcony to the interior could have had some sun loungers to make use of this large space which was also an excellent sun trap.

We would like to thank Paul who found us this apartment at VERY short notice! The booking and key collection service was excellent, and Paul was very helpful with all our questions both from the Uk and when we got to Nice. We also appreciated the flexibility he showed us with regards to arrival and departure times. He definitely lived up to the comments other people had written in Go Nice’s guestbooks. Thank you Paul.

Nice itself is fantastic - we only had 8 days here, and felt as though we would need more like 3 months to be able to really enjoy this part of the country. We only managed to venture out of Nice once as we wanted to take time to relax - so we visited Antibe. We would highly recommend this, it’s only 25 minutes away on the train. The old town is very quaint and feels like a real haven for artists. We bought a piece of work from a visiting artist which in itself was a great experience - we were able to speak to him about his work and what insired him etc, it was lovely. The views in Anitibe are beautiful too - the sea, the old town, the 1000s of yachts and the beautiful mountains in the distance, this is somewhere I would definitely like to revisit So to sum up - Definitely go to Nice, Definitely use Go Nice!
