This stunning apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential block in the sought-after musician’s area in central Nice. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully furnished with Calligaris furniture, which includes the double bed and leather sofas. This apartment is ideal for couples who want to stay in a very contemporary apartment. The owners have thought of everything and it is ideal for a restful self catering holiday. The apartment is in the Musicians quarter, which is a sought after area of Central Nice. It is an ideal location for couples who wish to explore all that Nice and the surrounding towns and villages have to offer.
We also can offer a Celebration Package for your special occasions, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversary's re: Champagne, Fresh Flowers, Chocolates please just ask for details.

The apartment It is superbly located within a 10 minute walk to the Promenade. It is also an ideal base for visiting Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, and other popular destinations on the Cote d'Azur, all easily accessible by train or bus (all bus journeys 1€ to Monaco, Cannes & other towns & villages) also to the Ski resorts.

We have two portable air conditioning units, one for the master bedroom and the other for the small bedroom or hall. The apartment has very large hall and a large sofa bed which could sleep two adults. The luxury kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your self catering holiday.
The owners have thought of everything to make this stunning apartment everything you would need for a relaxing self-catering holiday with Dishwasher/Washing Machine/Microwave/Ceramic Hob and Large Fridge/Freezer this flat really has everything.
We can also offer a mid-stay cleaning service for stays of two weeks or over please ask for details.

The large balcony has a round glass dining table which seats up to 6 for those relaxing breakfasts or suppers. The sun reaches the balcony early afternoon. The balcony is like having an extra room for dining and relaxing. Shutters are fitted to all windows. We have double glazing in the main bedroom but please remember that cities can be noisy!

There is parking available on the street outside the apartment BUT demand is high and local transport links are excellent so a car is not essential.

The Nice / Central Nice area

The area is extremely well served with restaurants and bars, one being the famous L’Occitane. There are shops, bakers and all that you need for an ideal self-catering holiday. 5 minute walk to Rue France with its Museum Massena and all the shops, bars & restaurants just off the promenade are just a 10 minute walk away.

Along the promenade you will reach the famous Cours Saleya market and behind that is the Old Town stacked with history, bars, restaurants, galleries and craft shops. For history and art lovers the opportunities are endless. Town bikes for hire (as Paris) 1st 1/2 hr free locations all over town. JOIN IN THE FUN OF MANY DIFFERENT CARNIVALS AND FESTIVALS ALL YEAR ROUND.

Bikes/Skates for hire on the Promenade des Anglais, also the Blue Town Bikes all over Nice and a minutes walk from the flat.

Number 99 bus direct from the airport to the station costs only €4 or €15 for a weekly pass which includes airport bus both ways. Meet and greet at the flat or station, 5 mins level walk to the flat.

The transport system in Nice is excellent and there is really no need to hire a car. Trams and Buses cost €1 for all journeys even to Monaco and Cannes and all other towns and villages.

“More than a nice time in Nice!” What a fantastic time we had! From making our initial enquiry through to arrival and during our stay, everything was so easy. We were given great directions to the apartment and good instructions on what to do when we got there. We were met by the apartment manager and given a full introduction to the apartment and all our questions were answered. The apartment was spotlessly clean, was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. All in all, the apartment did everything it said on the tin! We loved every minute and would definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a most lovely holiday.

“Amazing Apartment!” My girlfriend and I stayed in the apartment for a week in July. It was absolutely amazing! It's beautifully decorated and a perfect location, within walking distance of all the main sites/attractions, and the bus and train. Hilary and Billy were great too, meeting us from the train station, and giving us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat! The restaurant on the corner of the street is a must for a top steak! The balcony is fantastic too, getting lots of sun in the afternoon, perfect for a cold beer or glass of wine.

Great Location, fantastic flat, everything was just perfect and so clean, even the welcome pack there was nothing missing from the wonderful home. We love the area so handy for everything. All the tips and help from the managers was an added extra help. Our first trip to Nice and it is now our first choice for another holiday.

Again we have stayed in this fantastic modern apartment, it really does have the wow factor. When you walk in it is so clean, bright and modern. The location is wonderful, station so near, that it made our day trip with our son's very handy. Antibes, Aquasplash and Monaco. Thanks to Hilary and Billy for all you advice and the welcome pack is great. We had wine and the kids and juice on arrival. We will never stay anywhere else. See you next year. We have just returned from a wonderful week in Nice and this fantastic flat. Cannot recommend it highly enough. It is exactly as described-great location-gorgeous decor-absolutely everything at hand-a true home from home. The managers are absolutely fantastic-so friendly-hospitable and full of local knowledge from their provision of a fantastic Welcome Pack on arrival to tips on the local area and the Cote d'Azur, they could not have done more for us. Two couples from UK we came for the Grand Prix and what a flat, I had tears in my eyes this is 5 star all the way, also the managers we so helpful with info and the welcome pack we had a bottle of wine while unpacking and fresh flowers what a touch. Thanks we hope to be back soon.
