"Wonderful time in Nice staying in a Luxurious Apartment"
From our first email enquiry to handing the key back at the end of our stay the service from Hilary and Billy was exemplary and very professional they even met us at the train station. The pictures on the web site do not do justice to this apartment. It was contemporary, light and very clean and all the homely touches such as the welcome pack with wine, bread, milk, orange juice and much more was greatly appreciated. Even bath and beach towels were provided! The apartment was located a 5 minute walk from the train station with easy access to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes - all within a half hour train journey. The city tram system is also within easy walking distance to the old town which is buzzing with restaurants and bars. We had a fabulous holiday - with lots to do and see - a great mixture of city life, beach and amazing places to visit with the added bonus of a very comfy and relaxing apartment to return to at the end of the day.

"Superb, modern hi spec apartment"
Myself and two friends stayed in this apartment in September of this year. Hilarye and Billy were excellent as was the apartment. They sent us explicit instructions on how to get there, full information of the area and actually meet us off the airport bus and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment was modern and bright, very clean with ALL mod cons - everything you would possibly need. Loads of towels, toilet rolls etc and a full welcome pack with wine, butter, bread, marmalade, peanuts milk, coffee, tea. We found the local transport excellent with most journeys in Nice 1 euro only. Tram was very useful and trains were easy to work out with plenty of timetables in the tourist office. Visited some lovely places such as the medieval villages of Esse, Haut de Cagney and Paul De Vence. Menton is great for a full day out as is St Raphael leading into Frejus and of course Antibes which my two friends fell in love with. You can walk either through the park on the penninsula or around the penninsula to get to the port of Nice which worth a visit as is Beaulieu Se Mer and Villefranche. Nice itself is a great place to wander round and we walked for hours some days. Great Holiday.

"More than a nice time in Nice!"
What a fantastic time we had! From making our initial enquiry through to arrival and during our stay, everything was so easy. We were given great directions to the apartment and good instructions on what to do when we got there. We were met by the apartment manager and given a full introduction to the apartment and all our questions were answered. The apartment was spotlessly clean, was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. All in all, the apartment did everything it said on the tin! We loved every minute and would definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a most lovely holiday.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the apartment for a week in July. It was absolutely amazing! It's beautifully decorated and a perfect location, within walking distance of all the main sites/attractions, and the bus and train. Hilary and Billy were great too, meeting us from the train station, and giving us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat! The restaurant on the corner of the street is a must for a top steak! The balcony is fantastic too, getting lots of sun in the afternoon, perfect for a cold beer or glass of wine.
