How to get there
Easy access from the airport by direct bus; get down at the bus station (last stop) which is at about 200m from the apartment. In this same bus station buses to/from almost all over in the region and elsewhere including ski resorts, Marseille etc. The main railway station is at about 1.5km.

Further details outdoors: Right beside the Old Town of Nice with it's lively cafes and restaurants and only seven minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. It is a two minute walk to the bus station and a ten minute walk to the train station. Avenue Jean Medecin and the main shopping district is a five minute walk. For lovers of art, the famous MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) is on the doorstep. This area is surrounded by relaxing and beautiful gardens, cafes and renowned restaurants. For lovers of French chic and design, Galerie Lafayette, the well know department store is but a short stroll. The location of this apartment could not be better for holiday rental.
Conditions
Reservation can be made by e-mail or phone, we will send to you a rental contract to be signed. To confirm and ensure your booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount must be paid at the reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival. If reservation is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, the full rental amount must be paid at the reservation. Payments to be made by bank transfer or credit card (credit card charge is 0,80%). Refundable breakages deposit of 500 euro (or equivalent in other currency) in cash or travellers cheque required on arrival, to be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
