A lovely sunny 2 bedroom modern apartment with swimming pool - very well presented in a building only 5 years old in a great location only 50 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach. Les Palais des Domes is an ideal holiday residence -with all the features of a new building. it has air conditioning, very good security, a lovely sunny terrace and great swimming pool. On entry to this 2nd floor apartment (with lift) you have a hallway - to your right you have a very nice and cosy livingroom with a 2 man and 3 man sofa large TV (and DVD) and stereo - a dining table with 6 chairs An American style open planned kitchen with breakfast bar (the kitchen has washing machine, oven, hob microwave kettle and toaster) Both through the livingroom and kitchen you can access the lovely sunny terrace. In the hallway you have a separate WC and handbasin. In the master bedroom you have a lovely King size double bed and plenty of storage cupboards. In 2nd bedroom uniquely this is fiited with 4 high quality 'train sleepers' bunk beds - that can be folded down to maximum occupancy of 4 single beds - also with storage cupboards. There is a showerroom with shower - large wash basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have direct access onto the terrace. The terrace is approx 10 meters x 2 meters has table and 4 chairs and faces West (so you get afternoon and evening sun) it also overlooks the lovely well kept garden and swimming pool. This is a perfect loaction for a group or family holiday - located in Magnan (West Nice) approx 1 mile from downtown nice (on bus route) and 50 meters from promenade and beach (there are plenty of local shops and restaurants - but still within walking distance of central Nice approx 20 mins along promenade) there is also secure public parking under the building if required. This is an excellent sunny, family apartment.

Immediately impressed by clean welcoming apartment. Quiet place due to inward facing balcony with views of the refreshing swimming pool. Superb holiday, would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced. Just perfect
Accommodation was excellent in every respect. The pool wonderful. Location superb -- very near the Promenade and a pleasant dawdle to the cafes and old town. We had a small problem with the parking which Paul was very helpful in resolving. Enjoyed the holiday very much.
What a fantastic property! excellent location very close to the beach and good local shops.The property was very clean and well kept as was the grounds and the pool area.The service we received from Paul was of the highest quality we could not have asked for more well done!
