"Special" :Ryan Air fly from Dublin to nice for 1 cent each way fron November 7th We do long lets for the winter months at a discount price. Near to the Radisson Hotel with rooftop pool & cafe/ restaurant ( pool booking required). Next to the apartment building is a friendly little cafe /restaurant with English-speaking owner. 250 meters away a Spar supermarket with Rotisserie (Deli, cooked hot meals, Provençal specialities) fresh fruit and veg, cheeses & wines, next to a boulangerie with homemade bread, croissants and cakes.The apartment is well placed for all your needs including excursions to Antibes, Cannes,Monaco,Vence and Eze with easy access to Nice Central Station and Nice Coach Station.The apartment is next to the famous Promenade des Anglais.

How to get there

The apartment has a good sea view and also of the beach and is on the 4th floor just beside the Promenade des Anglais and the Radisson Hotel. The location of the apartment is number 45 Le Parvis de la Mer,
148 avenue de la Californie 06200 Nice. The number 23 bus from Terminal 1 at Nice Airport stops right outside the apartment complex. Ask the bus driver to set down at the stop Saint Hélène in rue Californie (opposite the Radisson Hotel) The apartment has its own web site www.corporate-apartments.net.
We can also arrange a meet- and- greet service at the airport.
Aerlingus.com do daily flights to Nice and have a special price mid week from as little as 23 Euro 1 way.
Easyjet.co.uk also have cheap flights from London, Liverpool and Newcastle.

This stylish modern apartment with parking is situated on the 4th floor with a view of the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, is American open- plan fitted with top -quality furniture and equipment.. Dining -room area has pull-down wall unit with comfortable double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and WC and separate changing room with hand basin and WC.
The attractively-furnished bedroom with french windows also has a sea view.
Free parking space is secure in the underground garage.
Another almost identical apartment (but with a separate kitchen opening onto a balcony) is also available on 2nd floor with the same layout and high-standard furnishings. This apartment could be helpful for larger groups.

The apartment is south-facing with sun chairs a dining table and chairs. The sun shines on the balcony from 9.00am - 3pm all year round.
The Radisson Hotel swimming pool /restaurant on the rooftop is a must with a panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais and the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels)..
A beautiful Catholic Church is next door and Mass is at 1800h each evening.
Location in Av Californie is well supplied with shops/cafes/restaurants/takeaways/supermarkets.Coach transport is outside the front door of the complex.
To the west of the apartment about 15 minutes walk is the famous Phoenix Botanical Parc and beautiful recent ly built Oriental Art Museum in the centre of the Parc lake. East of the apartment is the famous centre and old town.

The rooftop swimming pool at the Radisson Hotel is on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays available to guests of "Le Parvis de la Mer" for a small fee.
Our meet and greet has his office in the apartment complex.
Payment can be made by credit card Master/Visa.
In your apartment we have a welcome pack provided with some basic food items.

The price is based on 2 people staying in the apartment. Payment is made in full on arrival at the apartment.
A charge of 75 Euro each is required for 3/4/or 5 people per week staying in the apartment.
Payment can be made by credit card Master/Visa. A welcome pack of basic food items is provided.
Pascal who manages the apartments has an office in the building. He is French (with good English) and gives a meet and greet service. He can also meet you at the Airport for a small fee.
NB: A charge of 100 Euro is required to refresh the apartment and linen change.
The apartment has a parking space in the garage number 15 and it is free to my rentals. The lift can be taken from the garage to the 5th floor.
