The keys to the cottage are yours. You don't have to be pleasant first thing in the morning while surrounded by strangers. Breakfast is when you get up. You can go to the theater or stay in and watch a movie. You can entertain, or not. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is payable one month prior to arrival date. We accept VISA, Mastercard or cheques. A $25 cancellation fee applies on all cancellations. If reservation is canceled in the last 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book for the days of your scheduled visit. No smoking or pets permitted. Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 11 AM. unless pre-arranged. In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any damages assessed upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing.
