Marina Reach is a spacious Penthouse with a decked sunny roof terrace standing on its own occupying the entire upper floor space of this Georgian Building of just 5 apartments situated near the exciting water sports centre and popular waterfront with a picnic area, nature reserve, slipway and quay. This large modern refurbished family friendly accommodation offers a great sunny, light and airy space and maximizes the sea and boating views from nearly every room through the huge 5ft double glazed windows in the heart of the extremely popular tourist county of Pembrokeshire.
Relax in the hand made leather chairs in the sitting room whilst watching the water skiers or enjoy a meal in the separate dining room whilst watching the boats return to the marina with the day's catch. Enjoy family walks in the nature reserve or along the promenade or marina looking at all the lovely boats, see the children rock pooling and crab lining off the quay wall or slipway. Wherever or whatever you wish to explore or visit in Pembrokeshire, you'll never be too far away due to Marina Reach's ideal location. Saundersfoot, Tenby , Barafundle, Broad Haven, Freshwater East and West are just 20 minutes or so and Newgale, Solva and St David's just 30 minutes or so from this holiday let apartment.
The photograhs of the sea views seen and advertised from the sitting room and dinning room on the advert have been taken by me from the window using my iphone and are 'as near as possible to the naked eye' . But please lets be reasonable, if you look down and around from the same windows you will see the road and ground the property sits on and other surrounding properties. The Penthouse is not on a small island surrounded by just water!

Gas centrally heated, 2 large bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, hall, family bathroom with a white suite bath and shower, kitchen and sun terrace enjoyed by both couples and families with children alike. Over recent years we have completely refurbished the property and had a safe modern efficient gas central heating upgrade and new double glazing fitted. We have also completely timber decked the sun terrace giving an outside area to sit and relax.
We provide a designer leather double bed and two large singles all with new comfy memory foam mattresses and pillows. 'After all a good nights sleep after your fun packed days is a must'. A contemporary hand made leather corner suite and chair complement the lounge along with mango wood furniture for you to enjoy whist watching either freeview package channels or a DVD on the large LCD TV.
With a spacious kitchen, double fan assisted oven and all the self catering essentials and a spacious separate dining room with a large table, any meal will be a treat whilst taking in those sea views. With an airing cupboard, fitted wardrobes in every bedroom (walk in for Twin bedroom) storage for all your belongings will not be an issue. PLEASE NOTE- We do not provide fancy cappuccino or latte machines, ice cream makers or cake baking items sorry!
2 additional single foldaway 'Z' beds are available for 2 additional family children under 16 years without any additional charge as they go FREE, making the total sleeping arrangements up to 6 if required. Perfect for both young and old but please enquire if you have any health issues that might make gaining access an issue for you.

The sea and boating activity views from inside the property are ever changing and entertaining all year round and in any weather or season.
Situated on the historic maritime high street, there is plenty of on and off street parking available with Marina Reach the Penthouse having its own secluded private access leading to the timber decked sun terrace and property entrance. The decked terrace is south facing and enjoys sun nearly all day when its out. The terrace also has sea and boating views over the balcony railings at the end.
'ACCESS STATEMENT' :- Access is private and exclusive to Marina Reach via 2 flights of outside metal steps. The steps have been designed and installed to the same gradient as stairs found in your typical house. There are hand rails both sides and enough room to walk up them two abreast if any assistance is required (young children or elderly) with a flat landing area half way before turning to complete the entry to the roof terrace and property entrance. The steps do have embossed grips and there is a gate at the top for everyone's safety. If you or any of your party has severe mobility or health problems where you feel gaining access to the property might be difficult, please feel free to contact us.
Prices are inclusive of all utility bills. Customers who book two weeks or more can have on request, additional sheet changes and property cleaning facility made available.

Saturday changeover preferred, but other days considered if more preferable to you and your family. Please check with owner.

With some of the highest sunshine records in Britain held in West Wales, what better way to spend the day than on some of Pembrokeshires award winning beaches. Pembrokeshire has more blue flag beaches than any other county in Britain and with over 180 miles of coastline ( Britains only coastal national park ) there are sandy beaches, walks and sights to suit everyone at all times of the year. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy from many tourist attractions like Oakwood Leisure Park, Folly Farm and Heatherton to name but a few to numerous boat trips where you can see whales, sharks, dolphins, seals and puffins around the small islands dotted around the coast. Historic castles to the Preseli mountains and national park, Pembrokeshire is a wonderful county.
The Neyland area
With its close proximity to the waterfront, promenade, seashore, lovely Marina, cafe and restaurant as well as having its own separate private entrance, sun terrace and plenty of parking, it lends itself well as an ideal holiday retreat for all ages.
There is an excellent co-op supermarket just 2 minutes walk away which does everything from papers, fresh bread, food, drink to DVD hire, it also has a post office and cash machine inside, what more could you want! unless you fancy a evening meal/drink overlooking all the yachts and boats or a cream tea/snack whilst watching them depart and return, then the marina restaurant, cafe and shop is only about 5 minutes walk away......... Superb!
Situated on the beautiful calm waterway with its impressive marina, waterfront and major sailing and water sports centre. It also has a fine promenade and picnic area with superb views over the water. Lovely areas for walking with the family, fishing or crab lining off the quay wall or slip ways. There is also a non charge public nature reserve near the marina where you could see Kingfisher's, Otters, sea birds, lilies on the ponds and birds of prey. Boat trips to the small islands as well as for fishing, diving and other water sports leave from Neyland and with a good selection of shops, bars and takeaway restaurants and central location in Pembrokeshire, make Neyland an ideal holiday destination for all ages and interests and quite honestly in any weather or season.

We would like to say what a great apartment to stay at, we were 4 adults and to small children 1 aged 4 years the other 4 months old, we didn't have any problems with the steps at the entrance... more

SHORT BREAKS: We offer short breaks of 3 or 4 nights between Saturday to Saturday except during the months of June, July and August. Prices for 3 nights are 65% and 4 nights 75% of the normal weekly rate.
LAST MINUTE BREAK DEALS: Available all year around within a week of the arrival date. Week long stay of 7 nights Sat-Sat will be reduced to 80% of the normal weekly rate, 4 nights will be reduced to 60% and 3 nights to 50% of the normal weekly rate.
