Private lawned garden area with BBQ, perfect to sit out on a summers evening, which is due to be partially decked this summer. There is so much to do within a 20 minute drive. The pretty town of Tenby is 15 minutes away by car. Alternatively, we are on the coastal path and right on the cycle route, if you are feeling energetic!

Neyland marina is a lovely area, within a 15 minute walk where you can go to the bar and grill, with stunning views and excellent food. Or buy live lobster and crab from Oneda which is the shipping warehouse for them.

Shops are within walking distance or a short drive, in the quaint village of Neyland.

If it's thrills you are after, oakwood theme park and heatherton are a short drive away, along with Anna ryder Richardson's Welsh zoo and folly farm.

If you are a scuba diver (which we are) there are many spectacular dive sites at the National marine parks, and Skomer and Ramsey Islands are a must visit for birdwatchers too. It really is a nature heaven with loads of other activities too

Thanks guys for all the feedback, it was so useful. We have now taken all of your suggestions on board and have installed a storage bed in the second bedroom. It's got loads of space for clothes, suitcases etc and solves a huge problem for use so really, thanks for that suggestion about under bed storage, as it inspired us to buy the bed, which is great and proving its worth, by solving our storage problem. Our latest guests have stayed there for two weeks without a problem due to that, so cheers and hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for your review and we are glad you had a good time. We have taken on board your feedback and now removed all of the food from cupboards (apart from the eggs and milk we leave for guests) to ensure maximum room for guests food and moved all cleaning supplies to the shed. Thanks so much for leaving feedback, it's so helpful to us as we really do want to improve to ensure our guests have the best possible stay. We hope to see you again soon

"very disappointed"

When we arrived at the caravan and tried to unpack the only available space in the caravan was one slimline wardrobe.Every other inch of space in the van kitchen, bathroom, lounge area was packed with… More

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and the caravan didn't live up to your expectations. We will take on board some of your comments in order to improve for the future. The toilet seat hasn't long broken and was replaced last weekend, along with brand new garden furniture. The three wardrobes were left empty in the bedroom, along with the two cupboards above the bed. The freezer is a small compartment at the top of the fridge inside and the only things left in the fridge were the fresh eggs, milk, butter and preserves we always leave for our guests, as detailed in the note we left. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms and a fire in the living room, which not being a massive space (as it's a caravan), heats it up quickly, although these shouldn't need to be used at this time of the year. We apologise for misleading on this matter, as its not strictly speaking central heating, but there was no specific box available to add this to the description and wanted our guests to know that there is sufficient heating. There are pets welcome, as detailed in the description, so there may have been a couple of dog hairs left, as you can never get rid of them all but as we employ a cleaner and then personally checked the van over before your stay, I really don't understand where they would have come from. The cupboards in the small kitchen are filled with cooking utensils, crockery and everything you would need for your stay, which are especially bought for the induction hob, which we will take on board to point out in the future to other guests that it is not necessary to bring all your own pots and frying pans as they may not work
