The Old Smiddy is an ideal location to enjoy the wealth of activities around us - hillwalking, forest walks, mountain biking at the well know Laggan Wolftrax, golfing, fishing, watersports, horse riding, skiing, quad biking, The Highland Wildlife Park and The Highland Folk Park to name but a few.

Within Laggan village there are 2 hotels providing bar meals, a shop, Laggan Wolftrax Mountain Bike Trails with cafe and a pottery/coffee shop.

The Old Smiddy is a modern cottage with all the comforts you would look for in a holiday. The living area is open-plan with an open fire (logs are provided).

There is a lockable shed in the garden which can be used for storage of bikes etc. We have also provided a hose for washing down bikes as the location of the cottage is only 2.5 miles from Laggan Wolftrax.
