About the home

Bezant Cottage is a delightful modern Cornish family self catering cottage positioned on the glorious Pentire Headland in the prestigious Bezant Place, Newquay.

Perfectly located in Newquay, with the world famous Fistral Beach on one side and the beautiful Gannel river on the other.

Fistral Beach is the hub of the Newquay surf scene, with its recently re-developed facilities on the beach, there is fun for everyone.

For the 7th person we have a futon to be used either upstairs or downstairs.

5 minutes walk will take you along the Fistral beach, or through the golf course will take you to the Newquay town centre, with its regional shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

20 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the car park at Pentire Head, with its stunning coastal views, pitch and putt golf course and the trendy Lewinnick Lodge, perching on the cliff top over looking the sea. Along this route you will also find hotels which offer you temporary membership for their public leisure facilities.

Newquay is blessed with a fantastic coastline and an array of stunning beaches; some great for walking on, some for surfing, others for making sandcastles!

The Newquay / Fistral Beach area

Bezant cottage is perfectly located. Only a five minute stroll to the fabulous Fistral beach and about ten minutes walk into the vibrant town centre. From the rear garden there are glimpses of Fistral beach. During the high season parking at Fistral beach can be difficult, which makes Keep Cottage perfect. Less than five minutes walk and you are there. A lovely modern Cornish cottage, good off road private parking, good sized private and gated rear garden and a great location.

From the M5 motorway Exeter A30 to Newquay
Stay on the A30 south and take the A392 (Signposted Newquay)
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Gannel Road - A392 (Signposted Town Centre, Pentire, Fistral Beach)
At Mount Wise roundabout take the 1st exit onto Pentire Road (Signposted Pentire)
Bear left onto Pentire Crescent
Turn left onto Bezant Place
Follow the road around bearing left and to the end. Keep Cottage is straight ahead of you.
