On the first floor (accessible by communal lift) of this inspiring Beach House complex at Porth, Apartment 8 has a large private courtyard garden and a balcony off one of the bedrooms, giving you plenty of opportunity to relax in the sunshine. Just metres from the sand, this property is ideal for families; a handful of cafes and restaurants plus a friendly pub on the doorstep give you plenty of choice for eating out. Apartment 8 has wireless broadband access, television with Freeview, DVD player with integrated iPod docking station, radio plus facilities for games consoles making it easy to keep children entertained.
Porth is the kind of beach that kids dream of with soft sand and rock pools galore. Located on the north coast of Cornwall it has a stream flowing down to the shoreline and even an island with a wooden bridge across to it. Lifeguards patrol the beach from May to September, making it safe for swimming and bodyboarding. Even during the height of summer, Porth provides a sense of peace, with a restaurant and pub right next to the beach.
Entrance hallway with built in storage for coats etc. Open plan living area which includes contemporary fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher; dining area with table and six chairs, lounge area with double sofa bed plus additional comfortable seating, television with Freeview, DVD and CD players. Patio doors lead from the living area to the private courtyard garden, which is furnished with table, chairs and a stand for disposable BBQ`s.
Master bedroom with king size bed, patio doors leading to a small private balcony and ensuite shower room comprising shower enclosure with 'rain' shower head plus separate hand held shower attachment, W.C., basin and heated towel rail. Further bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bath with shower over, W.C., basin and heated towel rail. Centrally heated.
Apartment 8 has one designated parking space. The property benefits from gas central heating and wireless broadband access. Iron, ironing board, high chair, cot, selection of books and games and hairdryer included.
Two well behaved pets are welcome, although please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach between May and September. Parking for one car. Holiday Concierge Service. Cautionary deposit of £50 required when booking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
