This apartment is in a perfect position just 30 yards from the sand at Porth Beach. Located on the first floor of this excellent development (accessible by communal lift), Apartment 6 has stunning views across the sandy beach and out to sea from most rooms and both its private balconies - perfect for relaxing and enjoying amazing sunsets. With three double sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous open plan living area, the apartment is light, spacious and furnished with families in mind. On the doorstep is a restaurant and 2 family-friendly pubs (one with ten pin bowling).

Patio doors lead from the living area to the private balcony, which is furnished with table and chairs and has fantastic views across the beach and out to sea.

Two well behaved pets are welcome, although please note that dogs are not permitted on Porth beach from Easter Day to end of September. Lift to all floors. Sorry, no smoking within the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Cautionary deposit of £100 required when booking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
