Newquay / Fistral Beach area
Newquay itself has many attractions including tennis and badminton courts, zoo, waterworld, horse riding, sports centre, sealife centre and of course fistral beach, with its numerous surf competitions, and for those more energenic of an evening Newquay is well known for its nightlife and many different choices of restaurants. In addition there are numerous attractions all within a short drive or coach (from Newquay) including the well known Eden Project and theme parks a plenty.
Fistral Beach is a very beautiful area with many world class surfers and beginners alike enjoying the atlantic waves. Its a great beach for families with lifeguards during high season. There are many facilities such as cafe bars, restaurants, beach shops and toilets. Festivals take place regularly during the season with many family activities.

Arriving by car - Newquay is now easily accesible via the new A30. Newquay is approx 90 minutes away from The M5 area of Exeter.
