Sowena apartment is located in the heart of Newquay and approximately five minutes walk to Towan beach, shops and restaurants making this a great location for families and couples a like.
Cornwall has something for everyone whatever your passion and in particular Newquay with it's world renowned surfing beach Fistral Beach where international surfing competitions are regularly held.
Local attractions for all interests from the Blue Reef Aquarium located right on Towan beach, Tunnels Through Time for those who don't mind a little bit of history in the way of wax work models, not for the faint hearted!
Newquay boasts an award winning Zoo where you can be a keeper for the day, enjoy your special birthday or just stroll round marvelling in the array of free roaming animals.
How to get there
By Car - From M5 take exit 31 onto A30 towards Bodmin. Exeter is approx 80 miles from Newquay. Full details will be given after a booking has been made.
By Aeroplane - Newquay airport now receives flights daily from numerous airports in the UK including: London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham and from there it's just a short taxi ride to the property.
Alternatively you can pre book a private chauffeur - please call for a quote.
By Coach - The bus station is located in the centre of town. For coach information please contact www.nationalexpress.com or for local bus info contact www.travelinesw.co.uk
By Train - London is only 4 hours 15 minutes and direct services run from the Midlands and Scotland. Change at Par for local services to Newquay. For more inforamtion contact www.nationalrail.co.uk

Further details indoors: The apartment is fully equipped with LCD TV and CD player in the main reception room comprising lounge, kitchen and dining room. The fully fitted kitchen also has a dishwasher, microwave and a washer/dryer so more time for you to relax and enjoy your stay.
The two bed ground floor apartment benefits from an enclosed decked courtyard with seating for 4/6 people.

All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £20.
A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
A security bond of £200 is required upon payment of the balance, which is refunded following your departure, in line with our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by debit card or on line bank transfer with no surcharge, or credit card which incurs a 2.5% surcharge.
If you feel happier we are able to take card details over the phone rather than by post on the booking form or email.
If you would like to pay by inter bank transfer then please call us for details.
NB: If a booking is being made less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday the full amount including the security bond and booking fee will be required.
