Harbour View is a modern high quality two bedroom apartment with views over Newquay harbour, off road parking, five minutes walking distance to the town centre with all its shops, attractions and restaurants. Fistral beach with its exceptional surf and where many international surf competitions are held is just ten minutes walk away and where you will also find a good selection of shops as well as Fistral Blue and The Windswept Cafe, both good for wave watching whilst having a great meal or just a warm cuppa!
The property offers ample space with large rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and airy offering a perfect setting for relaxing and induling in some proper 'you' time. There is a large lounge / dining area ideal for entertaining guests. The kitchen has everything you could require to prepare some fantastic culinary feasts.

Newquay area
Harbour View is located in the Newquay town centre and approximately 2 minutes walk to the harbour and Towan beach, making this a great location for families and couples a like.
The harbour beach is great for families as it is just a cove for bathing where you can if you are lucky take in the spectales of the local seals. Towan is a family friendly beach too that allows body boarding in the main season, but when the tide is out you can walk the stretch of the coast right up to Lusty Glaze Beach (please check the tide times before doing so).
How to get there
By Car - From M5 take exit 31 onto A30 towards Bodmin. Exeter is approx 80 miles from Newquay. Full details will be given after a booking has been made.
By Aeroplane - Newquay airport now receives flights daily from numerous airports in the UK including: London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham and from there it's just a short taxi ride to the property.
Alternatively you can pre book a private chauffeur - please call for a quote.
By Coach - The bus station is located in the centre of town. For coach information please contact www.nationalexpress.com or for local bus info contact www.travelinesw.co.uk

All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £20.
A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
A security bond of £200 is required upon payment of the balance, which is refunded following your departure, in line with our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by debit card or on line bank transfer with no surcharge, or credit card which incurs a 2.5% surcharge.
If you feel happier we are able to take card details over the phone rather than by post on the booking form or email.
If you would like to pay by inter bank transfer then please call us for details.
NB: If a booking is being made less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday the full amount including the security bond and booking fee will be required.
