Home description

The apartment is arranged over two and half floors which allows for spectacular views from all aspects. The views give the apartment a lovely light and airy feel to it. It has a balcony at the front, leading off the bedroom, which is the perfect place for morning coffee. There is also a balcony at the rear, leading off the kitchen, which is ideal for al-fresco dining. The apartment is finished to high standard throughout and has been very tastfully decorated.

A superb retreat for couples.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Cornwall has lots to offer - whatever your age, whatever your needs and whatever the weather!
The Cornish coastline is beautiful and can be appreciated any time of year. The winter months offer a very atmospheric feeling to Cornwall, especially if there are storms brewing, whilst the warmer summer months offer sunny days and light evenings!
The Eden Project, St Michaels Mount and St Ives are just some of the attractions that are in easy reach of Newquay.


Newquay / Pentire area

The area of Pentire is relatively quiet. Fistral Beach is a three minute walk away and the truly scenic Gannel Estrury is just five minutes walk. Newquay town centre is approximatley a mile away and can be easily accessed by foot or car. (foot 25mins, car 2/3 mins)
There are plenty of local coastal walks and the beaches around Newquay are breathtaking. Padstow is approximatley 13 miles away and is home to the famous 'Rick Stein's' seafood restuarnt. Booking is a must, especially during busy periods. Watergate Bay is famous for Jamie Olivers restaurant 'Fifteen' - this has lovely views accross the bay and the decor is very funky and uplifting.
The closest restaurant is 10 min walk away and offers really good food and the best views ever - a very popular place to watch the sunset! Alternatively, sit back, relax and watch the world go by from the comfort of the apartment.
The apartment is approximatly 3 minutes walk away from Fistral Spa - a fantastic facility which offers treatment for the body and mind. It also has its own indoor leisure pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, not to mention a well eqipped gym for the more active. You can either book in just for a treatment, or pay a little extra and receive your treatment and full use of the leisure facilites. You can also join as a member for a week or on a monthly basis.


How to get there

Arriving by car - Newquay is approx 80 miles from Exeter. Travelling along the A30 from the M5. Full directions will be given after a booking has been made.

Arriving by train - Newquay has its own train station, which is approximatley 3 miles from the apartment. www.nationalrail.co.uk

Arriving by bus - The bus station is in the town centre. This is approximatley 2.5 miles from the apartment. Please enquire about coach travel www.nationalexpress.com

Arriving by aeroplane - Newquay airport is approximatley 8 miles from the apartment.

Balcony at the front of the apartment which has sea views. There are two all weather rattan chairs and cushions for your enjoyment.
Balcony at the rear which has countryside views. There is a patio table and two chairs for you to use during your stay.
Both balconies have a small selection of patio pots with seasonal flowers.

Conditions

* A deposit of £150 (per week)is required to secure the booking and the full balance is required 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

* For bookings arriving within 8 weeks, payment must be made in full.

* Only full week bookings are accepted

* Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer

* A security deposit of £200 is required at the time of paying the full balance, this will be returned on your departure, in line with the terms and conditions.
