Trevose is a modern second floor one bedroom apartment with views from the lounge and kitchen over Newquay’s Links Golf Course, Fistral beach and Newquay headland. This apartment is suitable for a couple and young child or infant as there is a sofa bed in the lounge and room for a cot in the bedroom.
The owner of this apartment has equipped and furnished Trevose with great care and attention to detail and has created a lovely holiday home.
Situated in the centre of Newquay close to it’s selection of shops, restaurants and bars, Trevose offers the perfect location for those wishing to surf, with Fistral beach just 10 minutes walk across the golf course.
Trevose is ideal for a couple, but there is sufficient room for a baby in a cot if required.

What ever time of year you choose to visit North Cornwall you can be guaranteed of plenty to do. You can enjoy rugged cliff top walks, surfing or relaxing on many glorious sandy beaches. Cornwall really is a place of outstanding natural beauty. The Eden Project is within a half hour drive of Newquay. The cultural centre of Penzance is 40 miles away. St Ives, Mousehole and Lands End all have their own charm. Visit the Minack theatre where you can enjoy an outside performance with an enchanting back drop. Don't forget to bring your picnic hamper and wine!

Newquay and her surrounds offer the perfect base to begin exploring Cornwall. Whether you seek long, solitary walks along the wild coastline or a fun-packed adventure holiday with family and friends Newquay is perfect for adults and children alike, offering some of the best beaches in the region, a nightlife that could rival any city and of course, surfing. There are also the delights of a cafe society, and local restaurants include Jamie Oliver's "fifteen" at Watergate Bay. It's a good idea to book on line before you come down to avoid disappointment if you want to eat here! Newquay boasts the only zoo in Cornwall, The Blue Reef Aquarium allows you to have a close encounter with a shark or stingray! Newquay boasts an excellent tennis centre situated in beautiful Trenance Gardens.
How to get there
Arriving by car: Newquay is 80 miles from Exeter, travelling along the A30 after leaving the M5. Directions will be supplied one a booking has been made.
Arriving by train: Newquay train station is in the Town Centre. There is a taxi rank just outside the station. Please direct rail enquiries to www.nationalrail.co.uk
Arriving by bus: Newquay Bus station is in the Town Centre. To enquire about coach travel please contact www.nationalexpress.com
Arriving by plane: Newquay International Airport is 5 miles from Newquay Town Centre. Flights can be arranged through British Airways, Air South West, Ryanair, Lufthansa, Flybe, BMI Baby and Easy Jet. Travel from the airport is available by hire car, taxi or bus. There is a taxi rank close to the arrivals lounge, and a dedicated Western Greyhound bus stop to the west of the terminal building. Transport can also be prebooked with Summercourt travel. Further details outdoors: There is limited parking available outside the property, and with Newquay’s mainline railway station and bus depot within walking distance, Trevose is also ideal for people relying on public transport.

This apartment does not have a washing machine, but there is a launderette at the end of the road.
Conditions
All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £20.
A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
A security bond of £200 is required upon payment of the balance, which is refunded following your departure, in line with our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by debit card or cheque with no surcharge, or credit card which incurs a 2.5% surcharge. If you feel happier we are able to take card details over the phone rather than by post on the booking form or email.
