The property can be found via 'The Vista' sign and on approach has remote controlled gates. The key entry pad with video entry, adds to a secure and safe environment to stay. There is room to park your car adjacent to the entrance and ramp, for direct unloading of luggage on arrival and departure. After which the Secure Car Park is only yards away. There is individual parking for each apartment and ample room for Visitors too. To the front of 2 The Vista is a secure decked patio area with a raised garden area which has views towards the Pentire Headland. A dining table, recliners and chairs are a must to take in the sea air and view. For the Surfers ****'' for 2 The Vista **** Secure outside surf shack for storing those precious boards.
Plus facilities to hose down wetsuits and boards, just to hand when you need it.

Newquay is the surf capital of England well known for its famous surfing beach at Fistral. It has a working Harbour, shopping centre and an exceptional Golf Club.
The Vista is situated just outside the centre of Newquay on the Pentire peninsula. There are lots of family attractions which include Newquay Zoo, Dairylands Farm Park, Waterworld, and Blue Reef Aquirium to mention but a few.
Watergate Bay is close by, home to the Extreme Sports Academy and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant, while the fishing village of Padstow plus Cornwall's best attractions such as the Eden project, the National Maritime Museum and the Scilly Isles are all within easy reach.

"Top spec, top location,"
A complete holiday accommodation for myself wife and the dog.
Cream tea's on arrival was a fantastic touch, luxury apartment with everything we could have needed from a bottle opener to a lock up store for my surfboard.
5 minute walk from Fistral's surf and far enough from the Town to not be bothered by the noise and crowds but close enough for a stroll in if we wanted.
There is a local shop a couple of minutes down the hill for all the essentials

This is a fantastic apartment. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location made it even better. Sea views from the decking and a 5 minute walk down to Fistral Beach. Newquay town centre only a short walk away too. Teenagers had the freedom to go off alone to the beach, town etc. Also close to the coastal path for some great dog walks.

"High standard of accommodation situated in a great location"
I stayed at 2 The Vista with my boyfriend, his sister and their elderly mother. Flat 2 is a ground floor apartment with no internal stairs. There is also a ramp to enable those with disabilities or heavy luggage to get into the building. A few days beforehand, the owners ensured that we had all the necessary information on how to access the accommodation so our check-in was very smooth. When we walked into the apartment, we were delighted; it was clean, bright, modern, extremely spacious, and it simply had a wow factor.
We were provided with the standard items such as towels, kitchen utensils and pots, TV etc. but what really puts this accommodation into a league of its own is the fine and excellent attention to detail. Two soft, clean fleece blankets were placed in the living room to heighten our comfort when relaxing on the huge and sink-into-it comfortable sofa. There was a complete tea set so that my boyfriend's sister, mother and I could share a heart-warming pot of tea after a long day of sightseeing. The owners had even put together a set of folders containing information about local restaurants, manuals for all of the appliances, and other details about the apartment. All of these little things helped to make our stay so easy, comfortable and relaxing.
The location of 2 The Vista is spot on. To the left, you can experience some stunning views of Fistral Beach, the headland and the sea. All of us had at least one tranquil evening walk. To the right, is the all-important Mount Wise roundabout. The first exit leads to Sainsbury's (a 5-minute drive to Alma Place), the second goes to Newquay train station, and the third exit provides access to the major roads for travelling to the rest of Cornwall. Directly opposite the apartment is a large golf course so there is nothing to block the light from the apartment's terrace and you are not looking across into someone else's house.
As you can tell, we had an absolutely fantastic stay at 2 The Vista. The photos available on TripAdvisor are an accurate reflection of the quality of this accommodation. Staying at 2 The Vista makes you realise that the enjoyment of a holiday is born as much out of the accommodation as it is out of the activities. Congratulations and many thanks to Julie, Steve and their housekeeper, Lisa, for maintaining such a wonderful place to stay.

Located in a very handy location and near Fistral Beach. The apartment was huge, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Exceeded our expectations very much. Luxury standard in terms of furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms and bedding with good parking facilities. Arranging the booking was very easy, the apartment was easy to find and access arrangements were well thought out and stress-free! Can't fault it at all.

"Excellent - Superb - Stunning - Exceptional"
We stayed at the Pentire Apartments in the February half-term week. The ground floor apartment was simply beautiful, very clean,modern, fully equipped and luxuriously fitted out . A perfect base for access to the whole of Newquay by walking and Cornwall as a whole, by car. Overlooking Fistral Beach, it is a prime location, with cracking sea views and easy to get to at any time, with none of the usual 'Newquay' worries about 'where are we going to park the car?' .....
We, as a family would like to thank the owners for our 'perfect' stay here. We would love to return again, next time we are down in Cornwall.

"VERY RELAXING, FANTASTIC SPEC FOR A SHORT STAY, FELT AT HOME"
The booking process was very smooth especially considering it was an incredibly last minute short notice booking - Julie accomodated us very easily and the paypal facilities meant it could be booked and secured with payment as fast as lightening.
Once we got there we were thrilled with the standards of decor and the facliiies, particularly the 2 ensuite bathrooms and the kitchen/entetainment facilities. We felt we couldn't really do it justice and wished we had invited more people to come too - there were only 2 of us plus 2 dogs and the sitting room in particular is absolutely vast. Although the spec was very high we instantly felt relaxed and at home due to Julie's welcoming manner on the phone when we booked. Also she made the 2 dogs feel welcome. The bathrooms though and the main bedroom were really really lovely and just the sort of luxury you want on a holiday - a very superior apartment. If I need to go to this part of Cornwall again I will definitely try and book again. Great apartment for surfers too with the proximity to Fistral Beach which was a very short walk away , a few mins to the left of the apartment.
