Newquay is the surf capital of England well known for its famous surfing beach at Fistral. It has a working Harbour, shopping centre and an exceptional Golf Club. The Vista is situated just outside the centre of Newquay on the Pentire peninsula. There are lots of family attractions which include Newquay Zoo, Dairylands Farm Park, Waterworld, and Blue Reef Aquirium to mention but a few. Watergate Bay is close by, home to the Extreme Sports Academy and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant, while the fishing village of Padstow plus Cornwall's best attractions such as the Eden project, the National Maritime Museum and the Scilly Isles are all within easy reach.

Conditions
Payment of 1/3 of the total cost of the holiday is due with the 'Booking Form'. Payment balance is due 6weeks before the holiday commences. A returnable 'Good Housekeeping Bond' of £100.00 is required with the final balance payment. The 'Good Houskeeping bond' is returned to Guests within 2 weeks of their stay, depending on a satisfactory inspection of the property. There is a charge for bringing a pet, but please do not leave any pets alone in the property.
