Nestled in a small hamlet located on a working farm, the barns have been beautifully converted, retaining their original charm with exposed stonework. Perfectly located for exploring North Cornwall’s beaches and attractions.

The popular destination of Padstow is renowned for its selection of fish restaurants, boutique shops and picturesque harbour and all around this coastline is an enviable choice of golden sandy beaches which are aptly named the “Seven Bays for Seven Days” where you can literally enjoy a different beach each day. For a nice day out, you can visit either Watergate Bay, which is less than 5 miles away, The Eden Project which is easily accessible or, alternatively, the well-known town of St Ives, which has a wonderful selection of restaurants, boutique shops and the Tate Gallery. In the evening, the area offers a variety of countryside pubs to suit all tastes

Leisure facilities: shared hot tub (available from 27th March - until 16th October 2015). Outside: use of large, shared gardens with two ponds, ample seating, picnic area, patio area, summer house and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating, dressing gowns and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 5 miles, shop and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.

The accommodation is a lovingly converted barn set on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size (available as a twin on request) with en-suite wet room and 1 further king-size (available as a twin on request). Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Dining area with seating for four. Kitchen area with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Use of tumble dryer. Amenities: 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: please note that the £20 charge for the dogs applies whether it is a short break or a full week's booking.
