Located on the Pentire peninsula with stunning views overlooking Newquay`s Fistral Bay, this beautiful modern and tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or a couple with a baby. Casa Sirena Apartment is situated within walking distance of Newquay town centre with its extensive range of restaurants, shops, pubs & clubs to suit all ages, whilst the South West Coastal Path is on its doorstep. The apartment is part of the owners property with its own access.

A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

The West Country / Cornwall region

What ever time of year you choose to visit North Cornwall you can be guaranteed of plenty to do. You can enjoy rugged cliff top walks, surfing or relaxing on many glorious sandy beaches. Cornwall really is a place of outstanding natural beauty.

The Eden Project is within a half hour drive of Newquay. The cultural centre of Penzance is 40 miles away. St Ives, Mousehole and Lands End all have their own charm. Visit the Minack theatre where you can enjoy an outside performance with an enchanting back drop. Don't forget to bring your picnic hamper and wine!

The Newquay / Pentire area

Although renowned for its fabulous coastline and beaches, there is more to Newquay than sea and surf. The only zoo in Cornwall is here with over 300 animals and fabulous landscaped gardens, or see sharks and stingrays at the Blue Reef Aquarium.

There are also the delights of a cafe society with trendy beachside bistros, stylish high street venues and local restaurants including Jamie Oliver's 'Fifteen' at Watergate Bay. Traditional british food is always available from the cafes, pubs and take-aways around the town.

Newquay is great for children and adults alike with it's trendy nightlife and days relaxing on the golden sands. Play a round of golf or take a trip around Newquay bay and catch some mackerel. Indulge in a little retail therapy or visit some of Newquay's fantastic attractions.

Or if you really do live to surf, look no further than the famous Fistral Beach.

GETTING TO CORNWALL BY ROAD
Travel to Cornwall can be via the M4, M5 and M6 motorways. Travel within Cornwall the two main routes are the A30 and A38.

Follow the M5 to Exeter, after which you will take either the A30 or A38 which takes you into Cornwall, depending on your destination. Entering Cornwall from North Devon you take the Atlantic Highway, the A39, which can be joined at junction 27 on the M5.

We will supply full details of travel to you holiday accommodation upon receipt of the final balance.

Cornwall has mainline stations at Saltash, St Germans, Menheniot, Liskeard, Bodmin, Lostwithiel, Par, St Austell, Truro, Redruth, Camborne, Hayle, St Erth and Penzance, with branch lines to Gunnislake, Looe, Newquay, Falmouth, St Ives and bus branch lines to The Eden Project from St Austell Station and Helston from Redruth Station.

There is also the Night Riviera Sleeper which travels between London Paddington and Cornwall.

“Really really good place ... owners great & helpful ..... great views” We arrived a snippet earlier than on the form but only by about half an hour. The key was sorted out and we made our way up the stairs to our new pad. On arrival everything was clean, tidy and set out really well. We loved the fact that it felt really homely from the second we got in to the apartment. I walked in to the kitcen to find an information sheet which had my name on it. Little touches that made the world of difference. The fridge had a pint of milk in it and a packet of shortbread biscuits were very welcome with our first cup of tea, while looking out of the end window at Fistral beach. It was quiet and pleasant. The kitchen bulb blew and we popped downstairs to the owners who shot up there almost immediately and sorted it out. A good chat was had and we carried on with our holiday. All the facilities of the apartment worked and it was an amazingly comfortable bed and I woke up with a great, happy feeling. We will most definately be going back there. “Amazing in every way.” A warm, welcoming place and one we will definitely be returning to. Has everything that we needed to make our holiday one of the best yet. Opening the curtains each morning to be greeted by the sight of Fistral beach was fantastic. Lots of little touches such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits upon arrival were much appreciated . “Beautiful views over Fistral beach and a picturesque walk into Newquay” Good accommodation with everything you need. Tea, coffee, milk and shortbread on arrival was a nice touch. Clean travel cot and high chair for our daughter. Local hotels have a pool you can use for a small charge and brilliant spa at one of the hotels down the road - the apartment gives you the best of both worlds.
