Home description
Rockpools is situated just two minutes' walk from some of Newquays' finest beaches and within easy walking distance of the town centre, with its extensive range of restaurants and shopping facilities and Trenance Leisure Park where you will find Newquays' famous Zoo, Heron Tennis Club and Waterworld.
On entering the house you get a great feeling of space. There is a large lounge with beautiful replica Victorian fire place. The open plan kitchen and dining area with double doors lead into the conservatory; this wonderfully light area is a great place to relax whilst still being able to keep an eye on the children playing outside in the private rear garden and patio area.
There are three bedrooms, one double, one triple, ( three single beds) and one small single, which is more suitable for a young child.

Newquay / The Barrowfields area
Newquay is a popular holiday destination for people of all ages. It has some of the best surfing beaches in the country and numerous restaurants and bars, including Jamie Olivers restaurant 'fifteen' at Watergate Bay.
There are lots of attractions to visit in and around Newquay. The Blue Reef Aquarium allows you to have a close encounter with a shark or stingray! Experience the wild life at Newquay Zoo with hundreds of amazing animals from all over the world. Britain's leading, all weather farm attraction Dairyland Farmworld, just outside Newquay.
How to get there
Arriving by car: Newquay is 80 miles from Exeter, travelling along the A30 after leaving the M5. Directions will be supplied one a booking has been made.
Arriving by train: Newquay train station is in the Town Centre. There is a taxi rank just outside the station. Please direct rail enquiries to www.nationalrail.co.uk
Arriving by bus: Newquay Bus station is in the Town Centre. To enquire about coach travel please contact www.nationalexpress.com
Arriving by plane: Newquay International Airport is 5 miles from Newquay Town Centre. Flights can be arranged through British Airways, Air South West, Ryanair, Lufthansa, Flybe, BMI Baby and Easy Jet. Travel from the airport is available by hire car, taxi or bus. There is a taxi rank close to the arrivals lounge, and a dedicated Western Greyhound bus stop to the west of the terminal building. Transport can also be prebooked with Summercourt travel. Conditions
All bookings are subject to a booking fee of £20.
A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
A security bond of £200 is required upon payment of the balance, which is refunded following your departure, in line with our terms and conditions.
Payment can be made by debit card or cheque with no surcharge, or credit card which incurs a 2.5% surcharge. If you feel happier we are able to take card details over the phone rather than by post on the booking form or email.
