Further details indoors: LIVING The spacious open plan living/dining room provides views straight across Porth from a large bay sash windows which is overlooking the beach, with beautiful Victorian high ceiling gives seashores a light and airy feel. The apartment has been finished to a high standard with a comfy modern feel with two modern leather sofas featuring throws and cushions with matching occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with DVD player, C.D player, books, DVD’s , C.D’s, board games and magazine rack. DINING The dining area is situated within the open plan living area, which features a beautiful dining table and 4 chairs superb for dining. The well appointed kitchen is open plan ensuring that guests are together on their holiday. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob along with kettle, toaster with all glassware, crockery and cutlery needed. SLEEPING The roomy master bedroom at the rear of the apartment features a double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside touch lamps which have been beautifully decorated. The bedroom offers plenty of storage which features a wardrobe and a large 5 drawer unit. The master bedroom benefits for a ensuite bathroom which features a good size shower cubicle with an amazing massage shower with 5 body jets, ladder style towel rail and mirror. The second bedroom features twin beds which is beautifully decorated with 2 bedside tables and bedside lamps and large wardrobe which also offers plentiful storage also featuring a mirror and throws. The main family bathroom has a white suite with shower attachment, w.c, wash basin, ladder style towel rail and mirror.
Further details outdoors: This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as allocated car parking space to the front of the property. There are 2 steps up to the front door.
