About the home

Newquay Holiday Villa is located 10 minutes from local beaches, in the grounds of a old manor house. As well as plenty of things to do on site (as your holiday includes access to the resort facilities), the villa is only 10 minutes drive from Newquay with its beaches, entertainments,shops and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The accommodation is modern and comfortable with one double and one twin bedroom, shower room, lounge and fully fitted kitchen. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Our price includes full use of the gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, evening entertainment (seasonal) and use of the clubhouse facilities. For a fee you can also use the 9 hole pitch and putt golf course, Pirate Pete's and the spa facilities.
