Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including a leather suite comprising three and two seat sofa and large armchair, all with electric function. A leather swivel recliner chair and footstool is perfectly position to enjoy the views out to sea.
Combined with the luxurious furnishings a cool and contemporary style of décor has been employed throughout making this stunning Apartment a true home from home and a wonderful place to enjoy the perfect seaside holiday.
A large sea facing window to the master bedroom means that each morning you wake to breathtaking views across the bay to the headland beyond. A double set of fully opening bi fold balcony doors to the lounge/dining area lead onto a choice of two large balconies offer the opportunity of an al fresco breakfast while you continue to enjoy the captivating ocean views and fresh sea air.

This newly built and modern Apartment offers superior standard throughout with carpeting to the lounge, bedrooms & hall with under floor heating throughout; making it the perfect place to stay whatever time of year you choose.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is incorporates full height bi fold glass doors looking out across the Ocean. Opening up the balcony doors really does bring the outside inside as the space opens out onto two large, fully decked balconies, one containing luxurious rattan chairs and table.
The lounge area contains a large, curved three seat leather sofa, a two seat leather sofa, a large leather armchair plus a leather swivel recliner with footstool. The sofas and armchair have the added benefit of recliners. A large screen Freeview TV with DVD player is provided together with a DAB radio, CD player and iPod dock. There are solid wood side tables within the lounge area with table lamps and a floor lamp.
The dining area boasts a sizeable, extending, chrome and glass table with six leather upholstered high back chairs; ample space for even the most elaborate of dinners. A selection of Jigsaws and Board Games are provided.
A fully fitted kitchen sits across from the lounge and contains everything required for your stay with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/gill with gas hob and a separate fridge and freezer. Naturally A full range of glasses, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils are provided and extensive cupboard space is offered.
There is a utility room off the hall containing an iron and board together with a separate washer, condenser dryer, Hoover and brushes.
The spacious entrance hall leads to the three large bedrooms, family bathroom and utility room. A range of built in wardrobes to each of the bedrooms make it truly a home from home. The master bedrooms enjoys views out to sea.
The main bedroom offers a king sized bed together with flat screen TV & DVD player, bedside cupboards, table lamps and drawer space. An en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, basin and toilet connects from the main bedroom.
The second bedroom contains one double bed, a swivel recliner with footstool, bedside tables, side lamps, table, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV & DVD player.
Two single beds are offered within the third bedroom together with a swivel recliner, a shared bedside cabinet, table lamp and flat screen TV/DVD player.
Both the family bathroom and en-suite are fully tiled and have heated towel rails. The main bathroom has a full size bath with over power shower, toilet, basin and shaver point. The en-suite has a large walk-in power shower, toilet and basin.

An allocated, off road parking space is just in front of the Apartment building.

There is a grassed area in front of the building suitable as a BBQ space.
2 Bolowthwas Court not accept single sex parties groups or those. A non-smoking policy is in place and unfortunately pets cannot be accepted.

Cornwall has always been a magnet for holiday makers and in recent months the massive press exposure has only served to remind people that the area really does offer something for everyone
Traditonally enjoying more favorable weather then the rest of the UK; summers seem to last longer, often with plenty of sunshine together with milder winters, catering for coastal walks, water sports or just relaxing on the beach for longer.
While the biggest draw to Cornwall is it's outstanding coastline; it is also an area filled with things to do and see.
Activities, destinations and attractions are within easy reach to suit everyone and of course, the beaches, are amongst the finest in the UK.
The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligon, Trerice, Bocastle and Tintagel are just a few of the interesting places to visit. A complete variety of visitor attractions to suit all tastes are situated throughout the area.
The Newquay / The Barrowfields area
The Apartment is ideally located to provide a quiet and relaxing environment while also being close enough to Newquay (a 10 minute walk) to allow easy access to it's amenities and facilities including a full range of entertainment, eating establishments, everyday shops, gift shops, and activities.
A full range of supermarkets are in the locality including Sainsburys, Tesco Express, Aldi, Asda and Morrisons.
A regular bus service passes just a few steps from the Apartment, which, in combination with Newquay Cornwall Airport, it is possible to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer without a car.
Jamie Olivers Fifteen is at nearby Watergate Bay with Rick Steins seafood restaurants a scenic drive away in Padstow.
Hotels in the area, open to non-residents including the the Headland Hotel and the Atlantic Hotel. A recently opened branch of Pizza Express is a short walk away.
Naturally offers facilities for surfers at any level, with lessons widely available for those looking to have a go for the first time or just to improve their skills. Board and wetsuit hire is also readily available. Lusty Glaze beach, just five minutes walk; provides food and refreshments, together with more extreme activities such as a zip wire and climbing wall together with surf lessons and hire. This beach also holds regular events and activities including a Beach Rugby Tournament in August.
Family activities include Waterworld fun park, the Blue Planet Aquarium and Newquay Zoo.
Golf courses are in the area, including Holywell Bay and Newquay Golf Club.

The Apartment is locatedjust outside of Newquay, an area known as Lusty Glaze, and can be easily reached by Road, Rail or Air.
Newquay Cornwall Airport is around 15 minutes drive from the Apartment and offers flights from Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds/Bradford, London Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle amongst others. Some flight services are seasonal and subject to review so please do check with the relevant airlines.

By road, the Apartment is located just a few miles from the main A30, following the signs for Newquay. The full address will be provided to you with a confirmed booking to allow you to obtain accurate directions and distances from home.
