Comfortably sleeping 4 but can accommodate up to 6/7, it has a fabulous open-plan lounge / diner / kitchen complete with all the modern comforts you need. Two double bedrooms (master en-suite), a lavish bathroom and a separate reading area provide ample luxurious space for the whole family.

The West Country / Cornwall region
North Cornwall's mild climate, distinct cultural identity, gorgeous countryside and stunning coastal aspect have made it one of the most popular holiday destinations in England. The area provides the best surfing in England, with towns like Newquay, Bude and Croyde filling with enthusiasts every year.
The Newquay area
One of the great features of the Penthouse is its location. Not only are the views fabulous – but you can also access all the area has to offer with out the need for your car. Newquay Harbour: The harbour is a hive of activity all year. You will see traditional Cornish fishing boats coming and going with the tide times. The ‘Rowing Club’ in the harbour is a great place for a drink with the locals – and if your in luck the local male voice choir will be there singing some fantastic traditional Cornish songs! On Friday evenings in the harbour you’ll also often see the gig boats going out to sea to practice or compete in racing. On Sunday mornings the lifeboat crew will often practice launching the life boats and perform drills in and around the harbour. You will also see seals in and around the harbour – they will follow the fishing boats in hoping for scraps of fish. If you’re lucky you may see the dolphins jumping in the bay.
