Headland Views is an exquisite house in a highly desirable location of the Pentire Headland. The house was built on duchy land under the supervision of Prince Charles and the Duchy of Cornwall reflecting the theme of a Cornish fishing village.

Internally, the property features solid oak flooring throughout and has been tastefully designed and finished by the design team at Laura Ashley, using high quality furnishings to reflect the colours of the sea whilst retaining the charm of a fisherman's cottage.

Externally, the spacious, enclosed gardens and sun deck surround the cottage, offering space to sunbathe, dine al fresco making use of the Jamie Oliver swing barbecue, or unwind in the elevated hot tub or luxury swim spa with sea views. From the gardens you can take in the relaxing sounds of the sea lapping against the exposed coastline, and enjoy views over the sea to Headland Hotel.

Newquay's premier surfing beach, Fistral, is just 300 metres away, and is easily accessible by a gentle 3 minute walk. This close proximity to Fistral Beach makes it easy for friends and families to carry surf boards, picnics and beach gear to the beach, so there is no need to drive.

Equally accessible is the River Gannel tidal estuary, an area popular with bird watchers and anglers. The beauty and tranquillity of the area makes and ideal setting for romantic walks and picnicking.

Whilst in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the South West, Newquay Golf Course, which is situated directly opposite Azure. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, a visit to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre is a must, where activities on offer include rock climbing, abseiling and coasteering.

After an exhausting day of surfing or exploring, it's time to satisfy the taste buds and with an excellent choice of food on offer, from beach front cafés to continental style brasseries, there really are gastronomic options to suit all occasions and tastes. For a special treat, head to one of the exclusive restaurants in the area, such as Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall, and indulge in the some of the finest decadent delights the South West has to offer.

This property especially welcomes families. A cot and highchair is provided along with a baby bath and steriliser. For older children there are books and a Wii games console.
