Bathroom: large tiled with bath, shower, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge: large with comfortable seating, feature fireplace with electric fire, TV and Freeview. Kitchen: modern with cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outside: large garden with decking, countryside views with seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: short breaks welcome off-peak. Location: beach 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile, local shop in St Mawgan 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
