The beautiful Crantock Beach is easily accessible by the nearby public footpath and makes the ideal setting for family beach fun, a romantic picnic or a walk in spectacular surroundings.

Newquay Golf course is nearby as are the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches of the town centre.

- Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week.

- Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival.
