Beach View House is a stunning five bedroom Victorian terraced house with sea views over the historic harbour towards Watergate Bay. It is the perfect property for friends or families to relax and enjoy Newquay's stunning beaches and vibrant surf culture. A visit to Fistral Beach is just a five minute walk away across the links golf course, or the Harbour and Towan Beaches are no more than a hundred meters away, perfect for a surf session or day at the beach without the need to pay for any expensive car parks.

The house has five bedrooms and can sleep ten plus. Bedroom one has zip and link beds which can be set up as either a super king double or two singles. It has stunning sea views over the Harbour and Towan Beach. It is possible to lie in bed and check the morning surf conditions. Bedroom two has solid oak bunk beds which are suitable for either children or adults. It also has excellent sea views of the bay and cliffs beyond. Bedroom three also has zip and link beds which can be either a super king double or twin singles and benefits from an en suite shower room. Bedroom four also has sturdy wooden bunk beds suitable for children or adults. Bedroom five is accessed through bedroom four. It had a double bed and en suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions so guests can relax and watch TV in bed. Most televisions are HD with built in DVD players.

On the ground the property has been designed to have plenty of space for guests to socialise and relax. The lounge has a modern leather sofa and three arm chairs. It is a bright and comfortable room with sea views from the bay window. It is equipped with large flat screen TV and DVD player. There are double glass doors which lead to the dining room which has a solid oak dining table with seating for ten people. The dining room has double French doors which open out onto the enclosed court yard garden.

The kitchen is fitted with a painted solid oak units and Bosch dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a large range cooker with gas hob and triple electric ovens. There is also a sturdy oak table and seating and wall mounted flat screen television. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed court yard garden with a decked area which has picnic benches to seat up to twelve people. In front of the house there is a raised pebbled garden with wooden picnic table. This provides the perfect place to sit and watch the world pass by or enjoy the sea view.

To the rear of the property there is a gravelled parking bay with off road parking for up to three cars. The courtyard garden is accessed via a digital locked gate which provides reasonably safe storage for surfboard sand bikes.
