About the home

Surfview Beach house offers both families and couples the ideal location to base their Cornwall holiday from. Easy access to both Crantock and Fistral beach, 10 minute walk into Newquay town. Local supermarkets are close by in and around Newquay. You can access the South West coast path from just outside the house offering a wide range of coastal walks suitable for all ages. The complex is always quiet so if you dont fancy venturing far you can laze by the pool or out on the grass lawans directly from the patio all with sea views.

The house has been recently refurbished. It has laminate flooring throughout the downstairs with one bedroom carpeted and one laminate. Built in wardrobes and chest of drawers are in both bedrooms. The Bathroom was re-furbished in 2012 with a large shower cubicle and power shower. Gas central heating and a patio with views over Fistral bay. There is a Wii console, various games and controllers for use in the lounge area.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Set on the North Coast of Cornwall giving you options of coastal walks as well as a visit to the world renowned Eden project. Cornwall is proud of its many blue flag beaches and wide choice of surf breaks both on the Northa nd South coast. Truro city offers many places of interest to visit as well as querky shopping arcades, the city Cathedral and a theatre. You also have the opportunity of visiting Lands End, the famous open air Minnack Theatre set above the cliffs and the many art galleries throughout Cornwall, not forgetting The Tate gallery St. Ives.

The Newquay / Pentire area

Newquay has a range of activities to offer all ages and interests. Visit Newquay's fish harbour, stroll along the South West Coast Path or enjoy an afternoon tea at the Headland Hotel watching the waves roll in on Fistral beach. Gof courses are close by, beaches only a stones throw away from the house.
